⁸ Now Deborah, Rebekah’s nurse,^(A) died and was buried under the oak^(B) outside Bethel.^(C) So it was named Allon Bakuth.^[a]

⁵⁹ So they sent their sister Rebekah on her way,^(A) along with her nurse^(B) and Abraham’s servant and his men.

¹³ Then they took their bones^(A) and buried them under a tamarisk^(B) tree at Jabesh, and they fasted^(C) seven days.^(D)

⁵ and they called that place Bokim.^[a](A) There they offered sacrifices to the Lord.
