² And he looked, and saw a ^(A)well in the field; and behold, there were three flocks of sheep lying by it; for out of that well they watered the flocks. A large stone was on the well’s mouth.

¹⁷ for the Lamb who is in the midst of the throne ^(A)will shepherd them and lead them to ^[a]living fountains of waters. ^(B)And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.”

¹⁴ but ^(A)whoever drinks of the water that I shall give him will never thirst. But the water that I shall give him ^(B)will become in him a fountain of water springing up into everlasting life.”

⁶ Now Jacob’s well was there. Jesus therefore, being wearied from His journey, sat thus by the well. It was about the sixth hour.

¹⁵ When Pharaoh heard of this matter, he sought to kill Moses. But ^(A)Moses fled from ^[a]the face of Pharaoh and dwelt in the land of ^(B)Midian; and he sat down by ^(C)a well.

^16 (D)Now the priest of Midian had seven daughters. ^(E)And they came and drew water, and they filled the ^(F)troughs to water their father’s flock.

¹³ Behold, here ^(A)I stand by the well of water, and ^(B)the daughters of the men of the city are coming out to draw water.

¹¹ And he made his camels kneel down outside the city by a well of water at evening time, the time ^(A)when women go out to draw water.
