⁸ For ^(A)the one who sows to his own flesh ^(B)will from the flesh reap corruption, but ^(C)the one who sows to the Spirit will from the Spirit reap eternal life.

¹³ For if you live according to the flesh you will die, but if by the Spirit you ^(A)put to death the deeds of the body, you will live.

¹⁸ And ^(A)a harvest of righteousness ^(B)is sown in peace by those who make peace.

¹⁹ They promise them ^(A)freedom, ^(B)but they themselves are slaves^[a] of corruption. For whatever overcomes a person, to that he is enslaved.

^7 (A)Do not be deceived: God is not mocked, for ^(B)whatever one sows, that will he also reap.

¹⁴ But ^(A)put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, ^(B)to gratify its desires.

^21 (A)But what fruit were you getting at that time from the things ^(B)of which you are now ashamed? ^(C)For the end of those things is death. ²² But now that you ^(D)have been set free from sin and ^(E)have become slaves of God, ^(F)the fruit you get leads to sanctification and ^(G)its end, eternal life.
