25 And you, slain, wicked one, the prince of Israel, whose (A)day has come, in the time of the [a]punishment of the end,’ 26 this is what the Lord God says: ‘Remove the [b]turban and take off the (B)crown; this will [c]no longer be the same. (C)Exalt that which is low, and humble that which is high. 27 (D)Ruins, ruins, ruins, I will make it! This also will be no longer until (E)He comes whose right it is, and I will give it to Him.’

New Revised Standard Version Updated Edition
25 As for you, vile, wicked prince of Israel,
you whose day has come,
the time of final punishment,(A)
26 thus says the Lord God:
Remove the turban, take off the crown;
things shall not remain as they are.
Exalt that which is low;
humble that which is high.(B)
27 A ruin, a ruin, a ruin—
I will make it!
(Such has never occurred.)
Until he comes whose right it is;
to him I will give it.(C)
