Ezekiel 21:5

⁵Then all people will know that I the Lord have drawn my sword^(A) from its sheath; it will not return^(B) again.’^(C)

⁵That all flesh may know that I the Lord have drawn forth my sword out of his sheath: it shall not return any more.

⁶“‘Alas, sword^(A) of the Lord,
how long till you rest?
Return to your sheath;
cease and be still.’^(B)

⁶O thou sword of the Lord, how long will it be ere thou be quiet? put up thyself into thy scabbard, rest, and be still.

How long until you are quiet?
Put yourself up into your scabbard,
Rest and be still!
