Ezekiel 21:30

³⁰“‘Let the sword return to its sheath.^(A)
In the place where you were created,
in the land of your ancestry,^(B)
I will judge you.

Ezekiel 21:30

³⁰Shall I cause it to return into his sheath? I will judge thee in the place where thou wast created, in the land of thy nativity.

⁵²“Put your sword back in its place,” Jesus said to him, “for all who draw the sword will die by the sword.^(A)

⁵²Then said Jesus unto him, Put up again thy sword into his place: for all they that take the sword shall perish with the sword.

¹¹Jesus commanded Peter, “Put your sword away! Shall I not drink the cup^(A) the Father has given me?”

¹¹Then said Jesus unto Peter, Put up thy sword into the sheath: the cup which my Father hath given me, shall I not drink it?
