エルサレム包囲の象徴

4 人の子よ、大きな一枚の粘土板を置いて、その上にエルサレムの町の地図を描きなさい。 2 町を攻撃するために築かれるとりで、町を包囲する敵軍の陣営、さらに城壁の回りに破城槌（城門を突破する兵器）を描きなさい。 3 また、あなたと町との間に、鉄の壁のように一枚の鉄板を立てなさい。こうして、敵軍がどのようにエルサレムを攻略するかを表現して見せるのだ。わたしが命じた一つ一つのことには、それぞれ特別の意味がある。というのは、それはイスラエルの民に対する警告だからだ。

4-5 三百九十日間、左わきを下にして横になりなさい。それは、捕囚と破滅によって三百九十年間、イスラエルが罰せられることを示すためだ。その一日は、イスラエルにやがて訪れる一年間の罰を表している。 6 次に、ユダに対する罰の期間を示すために四十日間、今度は右わきを下にして横になりなさい。やはり一日は一年に相当する。 7 その間も、エルサレムの包囲の様子を実演して見せるのだ。その包囲と攻撃がどんなに強烈なものかを教えるために、腕をまくって横になりなさい。これはエルサレム滅亡の預言だ。 8 わたしがあなたの体を動けなくさせるので、あなたは包囲の全期間が終わるまで寝返りさえ打てない。

9 初めの三百九十日間は、小麦、大麦、そら豆、レンズ豆、あわ、裸麦の粉をつぼに入れて混ぜ合わせ、その粉でパンを作って食べなさい。 10 一日に一食、一回二十シェケル（二百三十グラム）ずつに分けて食べるのだ。 11 水は一日に六分の一ヒン（一ヒンは三・八リットル）だけ飲んでよいが、それ以上飲んではならない。 12 毎日、たるから粉を取り出し、大麦のパン菓子を作りなさい。みんなの見ている前で、乾いた人糞の火の上で焼いて、そのパンを食べなさい。 13 わたしの命令だ。イスラエルは捕囚となる異国の地で、汚れたパンを食べるのだ。」

14 「おお神よ。私は人糞で身を汚さなければならないのでしょうか。今まで、一度も身を汚したことがありません。子どもの時から今まで、病気で死んだ動物や、野獣に殺された動物を食べたことはありません。また、律法が禁じている獣を食べたこともありません。」

15 すると、主は答えました。「それなら、人糞の代わりに牛の糞でもよい。」 16 主はこう言って、さらにことばを続けました。「人の子よ。エルサレムではパンの配給が乏しくなる。注意深く量り、こわごわ食べることになるだろう。水も少量しか分け与えられず、人々は不安のうちにそれを飲むようになる。 17 わたしは人々を乏しくさせる。また、異常な恐怖心を抱いて互いを見るようにし、罰によって疲れはてさせる。

神のさばきの剣

5 人の子よ。鋭い刃の剣を取り、床屋のかみそりのようにそれを使って頭とひげをそりなさい。また、その毛をはかりにかけて、三等分にしなさい。 2 その三分の一をエルサレムの地図の真ん中に置き、包囲の期間が終わったらそこで燃やしなさい。次の三分の一を、地図に描いた町の回りに広げ、ナイフで切りきざみなさい。残りの三分の一は、風で吹き散らしなさい。わたしは剣をもってわたしの民を追いかけるからだ。 3 その毛を少し取っておき、衣のすそで包みなさい。 4 また、そこから数本の毛を取り出し、火に投げ込みなさい。この残りの毛から出る火が、全イスラエルを焼き滅ぼす。」

5-7 主は言います。「これはエルサレムに起こることである。エルサレムはわたしのおきてから離れ、周囲の国々よりも悪くなってしまったからだ。」 8 それで、神である主は言います。「今、わたしもあなたを攻め、すべての国々が見守る中で罰する。 9 あなたが犯した恐ろしい罪のゆえに、今までにも下したことがなく、これからも下さないような重い罰を下す。 10 親がわが子を食べ、子も親を食べるようになる。幸いにして生き残った者も、世界中に散らされる。 11 あなたに約束する。偶像や忌まわしいいけにえによってわたしの聖所を汚したからには、あなたを惜しんだり、あわれんだりしない。 12 あなたの三分の一はききんと疫病で倒れ、他の三分の一は敵に殺される。残りの三分の一は四散するが、そのあとから敵の剣が追いかける。

13 こうして、わたしの怒りがようやく収まる。全イスラエルは、わたしが警告どおりに実行することを悟るだろう。

14 わたしは、周囲のすべての国々に、また、廃墟となったこの地を通り過ぎるすべての旅人に対して、あなたを見せしめとする。 15 あなたは全世界の笑いものとなり、すべての人への恐ろしい見せしめとなる。主が一つの国を激しく叱責し、その国全体に立ち向かうとき、どのようなことが起こるかを見るからだ。主であるわたしが、これを語っている。 16 わたしは恐ろしいききんの矢を雨と降らせて、あなたを滅ぼす。ききんはますますひどくなり、一切れのパンも残らなくなる。 17 ききんばかりでなく、野獣があなたとあなたの家族を襲って、かみ殺す。疫病と戦争が国中に起こり、敵の剣があなたを虐殺する。主であるわたしが、これを語っている。」

イスラエルの山々の運命

6 再び、主からのことばがありました。

2 「人の子よ、イスラエルの山々に預言せよ。

3 ああ、イスラエルの山々よ。あなたに、また、川や谷に語られる神、主のことばを聞け。わたしが、主であるこのわたしが、あなたがたの偶像を滅ぼすために戦争を起こす。 4-7 町々はすべて打ち砕かれ、焼かれる。偶像の祭壇は捨て去られる。神々の像は粉々に砕かれ、偶像の礼拝者たちの骨も祭壇の回りにまき散らされる。その時、ようやくあなたがたは、わたしこそ主であることを知る。

8 しかし、わたしは、わたしの民のうち少数の者を逃れさせ、国々の間に散らそう。 9 そうすれば、国々に捕囚として連れて行かれるとき、彼らはわたしを思い起こすだろう。わたしが彼らの姦淫の心、偶像を愛する心を取り去り、ほかの神々を慕うみだらな目を見えなくするからだ。その時になってやっと、彼らは自分が犯した悪のゆえに自分自身を嫌悪するようになる。 10 彼らは、わたしだけが神であり、わたしがこれらすべてのことが起こると語ったとき、決して理由もなく言ったのでないと気づくだろう。」

11 神である主はこう語ります。「恐れおののきつつ両手を上げ、激しい自責の念にかられて叫べ。『ああ、何という悪事をしでかしたことか』と叫ぶがいい。戦争とききんと疫病で滅びようとしているからだ。 12 捕囚の地にある者は疫病で死に、イスラエルの国にいる者は戦争で倒れ、生き残った者もききんと籠城で死ぬ。こうして、わたしの憤りもようやく収まる。 13 殺された者が、丘や山の上にある偶像や祭壇の回りに、また、神々に香をたいた青い木や茂った樫の木の下に散り散りに横たえられるとき、わたしだけが神であることに気づく。 14 わたしはあなたがたを押しつぶし、南は荒野から北はリブラまで、町々を荒廃させる。その時、わたしが主であることを知るだろう。」

終わりの時がくる

7 続いて、神からのことばが私にありました。

2 「イスラエルに告げよ。あなたの見るところはみな、東も西も、南も北も、もう終わりだ。この国はもう終わりが来た。 3 わたしは、偶像を拝んだあなたに怒りをぶつける。もう絶体絶命だ。 4 わたしはあなたから目を背け、あわれんだりはしない。とことんまで罰する。そうすれば、わたしが主であることを、あなたがたは知るようになるだろう。」

5-6 神である主は言います。「次から次へと災いを送って、あなたにとどめを刺そう。終わりはすでにきている。終局の破滅が待っているだけだ。 7 ああ、イスラエルよ。滅亡の日のきざしは現れ、時はきた。苦難の日は近い。それは喜びの声を上げる日ではなく、苦しみもだえて叫ぶ日だ。 8-9 やがて、わたしは憤りを注ぎ、おまえたちの悪のすべてを徹底的に罰しよう。もはや、あなたを惜しまず、あわれまない。これをしているのが、主であるわたしであることを、あなたがたは知るようになるだろう。

10-11 ついに、さばきの日がきた。朝日が昇ってくる。あなたの悪と高ぶりは頂点に達し、行き着くところまで行ったからだ。富におごり、高ぶる悪者は、一人も生き長らえない。高慢の鼻は完全にへし折られ、あなたがたの運命を嘆く者もいなくなる。

12 さあ、その時がきた。その日が近づいた。神の怒りがその地に臨むので、買う物もなく、売る物もなくなる。 13 主がイスラエルの民全体にさばきを宣言したので、たとえ商人が生き長らえても、商売はできなくなる。すべての人が滅ぼされる。罪に満ちた生活をしている者はだれも立ち直れない。

14 イスラエル軍に、『進め』と角笛を吹き鳴らしても、だれも聞こうとしない。わたしの怒りがすべての者に臨むからだ。 15 城壁の外に出れば、敵が彼らを殺そうと待ちかまえている。城壁の内側にとどまれば、ききんと疫病で滅ぼし尽くされる。 16 運よく逃れた者も、山々にひそむ鳩のように、その寂しさを嘆き悲しみ、自分の罪のために泣き悲しむ。 17 手も弱くなり、ひざもがくがく震えるようになる。 18 彼らは荒布をまとい、恐怖と恥で包まれ、悲しみと自責の念にかられて頭をそる。

19 金銀を投げ捨てよ。怒りの日には何の価値もなくなるのだから、がらくたのように放り出せ。彼らの罪の根本は金銀を愛することにある。それが、腹を満たすことも満足させることもできなくなるのだ。 20 わたしの神殿を美しく飾るために与えた金で、彼らは偶像を造ってしまった。それゆえ、わたしはそれを全部取り上げる。 21 戦利品として外国人や悪者どもに与える。彼らはわたしの神殿を汚すだろう。 22 その時、わたしは見て見ぬふりをする。止めはしない。彼らは強盗のように宝物をあさり、神殿を廃墟のようにする。

23 わたしの民のために鎖を用意せよ。この国は流血の罪で満ちているからだ。エルサレムは暴虐に満ちているので、わたしはその住民を奴隷とする。 24 諸国の中でも最悪の国を、エルサレムに来させよう。彼らの家々を占領させ、彼らが誇っている要塞を破壊させ、神殿を汚させ、高慢の鼻をへし折らせる。 25 イスラエルを切り捨てる時が、いよいよきた。平和を求めても得られない。 26-27 災いの上に災いが、悲しみの上に悲しみが、惨事の上に惨事が襲う。彼らは預言者の指導を求める。それなのに、祭司も長老も、王も君主も、ただ手をこまねいているだけで、絶望のうちに泣き悲しんでいる。わたしは彼らが行った悪に対し、それに十分見合った報いをするので、彼らは恐怖のあまり震えおののく。そして、わたしが主であることを知るようになる。」

Siege of Jerusalem Symbolized

4 “Now, son of man, take a block of clay, put it in front of you and draw the city of Jerusalem on it. 2 Then lay siege to it: Erect siege works against it, build a ramp(A) up to it, set up camps against it and put battering rams around it.(B) 3 Then take an iron pan,(C) place it as an iron wall between you and the city and turn your face toward(D) it. It will be under siege, and you shall besiege it. This will be a sign(E) to the people of Israel.(F)

4 “Then lie on your left side and put the sin of the people of Israel upon yourself.[a] You are to bear their sin for the number of days you lie on your side. 5 I have assigned you the same number of days as the years of their sin. So for 390 days you will bear the sin of the people of Israel.

6 “After you have finished this, lie down again, this time on your right side, and bear the sin(G) of the people of Judah. I have assigned you 40 days, a day for each year.(H) 7 Turn your face(I) toward the siege of Jerusalem and with bared arm prophesy against her. 8 I will tie you up with ropes so that you cannot turn from one side to the other until you have finished the days of your siege.(J)

9 “Take wheat and barley, beans and lentils, millet and spelt;(K) put them in a storage jar and use them to make bread for yourself. You are to eat it during the 390 days you lie on your side. 10 Weigh out twenty shekels[b](L) of food to eat each day and eat it at set times. 11 Also measure out a sixth of a hin[c] of water and drink it at set times.(M) 12 Eat the food as you would a loaf of barley bread; bake it in the sight of the people, using human excrement(N) for fuel.” 13 The Lord said, “In this way the people of Israel will eat defiled food among the nations where I will drive them.”(O)

14 Then I said, “Not so, Sovereign Lord!(P) I have never defiled myself. From my youth until now I have never eaten anything found dead(Q) or torn by wild animals. No impure meat has ever entered my mouth.(R)”

15 “Very well,” he said, “I will let you bake your bread over cow dung instead of human excrement.”

16 He then said to me: “Son of man, I am about to cut off(S) the food supply in Jerusalem. The people will eat rationed food in anxiety and drink rationed water in despair,(T) 17 for food and water will be scarce.(U) They will be appalled at the sight of each other and will waste away because of[d] their sin.(V)

God’s Razor of Judgment

5 “Now, son of man, take a sharp sword and use it as a barber’s razor(W) to shave(X) your head and your beard.(Y) Then take a set of scales and divide up the hair. 2 When the days of your siege come to an end, burn(Z) a third(AA) of the hair inside the city. Take a third and strike it with the sword all around the city. And scatter a third to the wind.(AB) For I will pursue them with drawn sword.(AC) 3 But take a few hairs and tuck them away in the folds of your garment.(AD) 4 Again, take a few of these and throw them into the fire(AE) and burn them up. A fire will spread from there to all Israel.

5 “This is what the Sovereign Lord says: This is Jerusalem, which I have set in the center of the nations, with countries all around her.(AF) 6 Yet in her wickedness she has rebelled against my laws and decrees more than the nations and countries around her. She has rejected my laws and has not followed my decrees.(AG)

7 “Therefore this is what the Sovereign Lord says: You have been more unruly than the nations around you and have not followed my decrees or kept my laws. You have not even[e] conformed to the standards of the nations around you.(AH)

8 “Therefore this is what the Sovereign Lord says: I myself am against you, Jerusalem, and I will inflict punishment on you in the sight of the nations.(AI) 9 Because of all your detestable idols, I will do to you what I have never done before and will never do again.(AJ) 10 Therefore in your midst parents will eat their children, and children will eat their parents.(AK) I will inflict punishment on you and will scatter all your survivors to the winds.(AL) 11 Therefore as surely as I live,(AM) declares the Sovereign(AN) Lord, because you have defiled my sanctuary(AO) with all your vile images(AP) and detestable practices,(AQ) I myself will shave you; I will not look on you with pity or spare you.(AR) 12 A third of your people will die of the plague or perish by famine inside you; a third will fall by the sword outside your walls; and a third I will scatter to the winds(AS) and pursue with drawn sword.(AT)

13 “Then my anger will cease and my wrath(AU) against them will subside, and I will be avenged.(AV) And when I have spent my wrath on them, they will know that I the Lord have spoken in my zeal.(AW)

14 “I will make you a ruin and a reproach among the nations around you, in the sight of all who pass by.(AX) 15 You will be a reproach(AY) and a taunt, a warning(AZ) and an object of horror to the nations around you when I inflict punishment on you in anger and in wrath and with stinging rebuke.(BA) I the Lord have spoken.(BB) 16 When I shoot at you with my deadly and destructive arrows of famine, I will shoot to destroy you. I will bring more and more famine upon you and cut off your supply of food.(BC) 17 I will send famine and wild beasts(BD) against you, and they will leave you childless. Plague and bloodshed(BE) will sweep through you, and I will bring the sword against you. I the Lord have spoken.(BF)”

Doom for the Mountains of Israel

6 The word of the Lord came to me: 2 “Son of man, set your face(BG) against the mountains(BH) of Israel; prophesy against them(BI) 3 and say: ‘You mountains of Israel, hear the word of the Sovereign Lord. This is what the Sovereign Lord says to the mountains and hills, to the ravines and valleys:(BJ) I am about to bring a sword against you, and I will destroy your high places.(BK) 4 Your altars will be demolished and your incense altars(BL) will be smashed; and I will slay your people in front of your idols.(BM) 5 I will lay the dead bodies of the Israelites in front of their idols, and I will scatter your bones(BN) around your altars.(BO) 6 Wherever you live,(BP) the towns will be laid waste and the high places(BQ) demolished, so that your altars will be laid waste and devastated, your idols(BR) smashed and ruined, your incense altars(BS) broken down, and what you have made wiped out.(BT) 7 Your people will fall slain(BU) among you, and you will know that I am the Lord.(BV)

8 “‘But I will spare some, for some of you will escape(BW) the sword when you are scattered among the lands and nations.(BX) 9 Then in the nations where they have been carried captive, those who escape will remember(BY) me—how I have been grieved(BZ) by their adulterous hearts, which have turned away from me, and by their eyes, which have lusted after their idols.(CA) They will loathe themselves for the evil(CB) they have done and for all their detestable practices.(CC) 10 And they will know that I am the Lord;(CD) I did not threaten in vain to bring this calamity on them.(CE)

11 “‘This is what the Sovereign Lord says: Strike your hands together and stamp your feet and cry out “Alas!” because of all the wicked and detestable practices of the people of Israel, for they will fall by the sword, famine and plague.(CF) 12 One who is far away will die of the plague, and one who is near will fall by the sword, and anyone who survives and is spared will die of famine. So will I pour out my wrath(CG) on them.(CH) 13 And they will know that I am the Lord, when their people lie slain among their idols(CI) around their altars, on every high hill and on all the mountaintops, under every spreading tree and every leafy oak(CJ)—places where they offered fragrant incense to all their idols.(CK) 14 And I will stretch out my hand(CL) against them and make the land a desolate waste from the desert to Diblah[f]—wherever they live. Then they will know that I am the Lord.(CM)’”

The End Has Come

7 The word of the Lord came to me: 2 “Son of man, this is what the Sovereign Lord says to the land of Israel:

“‘The end!(CN) The end has come
    upon the four corners(CO) of the land!
3 The end is now upon you,
    and I will unleash my anger against you.
I will judge you according to your conduct(CP)
    and repay you for all your detestable practices.(CQ)
4 I will not look on you with pity;(CR)
    I will not spare you.
I will surely repay you for your conduct
    and for the detestable practices among you.

“‘Then you will know that I am the Lord.’(CS)

5 “This is what the Sovereign Lord says:

“‘Disaster!(CT) Unheard-of[g] disaster!
    See, it comes!
6 The end(CU) has come!
    The end has come!
It has roused itself against you.
    See, it comes!
7 Doom has come upon you,
    upon you who dwell in the land.
The time has come! The day(CV) is near!(CW)
    There is panic, not joy, on the mountains.
8 I am about to pour out my wrath(CX) on you
    and spend my anger against you.
I will judge you according to your conduct
    and repay you for all your detestable practices.(CY)
9 I will not look on you with pity;
    I will not spare you.(CZ)
I will repay you for your conduct
    and for the detestable practices among you.(DA)

“‘Then you will know that it is I the Lord who strikes you.(DB)

10 “‘See, the day!
    See, it comes!
Doom has burst forth,
    the rod(DC) has budded,
    arrogance has blossomed!
11 Violence(DD) has arisen,[h]
    a rod to punish the wicked.
None of the people will be left,
    none of that crowd—
none of their wealth,
    nothing of value.(DE)
12 The time has come!
    The day has arrived!
Let not the buyer(DF) rejoice
    nor the seller grieve,
    for my wrath is on the whole crowd.(DG)
13 The seller will not recover
    the property that was sold—
    as long as both buyer and seller live.
For the vision concerning the whole crowd
    will not be reversed.
Because of their sins, not one of them
    will preserve their life.(DH)

14 “‘They have blown the trumpet,(DI)
    they have made all things ready,
but no one will go into battle,
    for my wrath(DJ) is on the whole crowd.
15 Outside is the sword;
    inside are plague and famine.
Those in the country
    will die by the sword;
those in the city
    will be devoured by famine and plague.(DK)
16 The fugitives(DL) who escape
    will flee to the mountains.
Like doves(DM) of the valleys,
    they will all moan,
    each for their own sins.(DN)
17 Every hand will go limp;(DO)
    every leg will be wet with urine.(DP)
18 They will put on sackcloth(DQ)
    and be clothed with terror.(DR)
Every face will be covered with shame,
    and every head will be shaved.(DS)

19 “‘They will throw their silver into the streets,(DT)
    and their gold will be treated as a thing unclean.
Their silver and gold
    will not be able to deliver them
    in the day of the Lord’s wrath.(DU)
It will not satisfy(DV) their hunger
    or fill their stomachs,
    for it has caused them to stumble(DW) into sin.(DX)
20 They took pride in their beautiful jewelry
    and used it to make(DY) their detestable idols.
They made it into vile images;(DZ)
    therefore I will make it a thing unclean for them.(EA)
21 I will give their wealth as plunder(EB) to foreigners
    and as loot to the wicked of the earth,
    who will defile it.(EC)
22 I will turn my face(ED) away from the people,
    and robbers will desecrate the place I treasure.
They will enter it
    and will defile it.(EE)

23 “‘Prepare chains!
    For the land is full of bloodshed,(EF)
    and the city is full of violence.(EG)
24 I will bring the most wicked of nations
    to take possession of their houses.
I will put an end to the pride of the mighty,
    and their sanctuaries(EH) will be desecrated.(EI)
25 When terror comes,
    they will seek peace in vain.(EJ)
26 Calamity upon calamity(EK) will come,
    and rumor upon rumor.
They will go searching for a vision from the prophet,(EL)
    priestly instruction in the law will cease,
    the counsel of the elders will come to an end.(EM)
27 The king will mourn,
    the prince will be clothed with despair,(EN)
    and the hands of the people of the land will tremble.
I will deal with them according to their conduct,(EO)
    and by their own standards I will judge them.

“‘Then they will know that I am the Lord.(EP)’”

To the Church in Sardis

3 “To the angel[a] of the church in Sardis(A) write:

These are the words of him who holds the seven spirits[b](B) of God and the seven stars.(C) I know your deeds;(D) you have a reputation of being alive, but you are dead.(E) 2 Wake up! Strengthen what remains and is about to die, for I have found your deeds unfinished in the sight of my God. 3 Remember, therefore, what you have received and heard; hold it fast, and repent.(F) But if you do not wake up, I will come like a thief,(G) and you will not know at what time(H) I will come to you.

4 Yet you have a few people in Sardis who have not soiled their clothes.(I) They will walk with me, dressed in white,(J) for they are worthy. 5 The one who is victorious(K) will, like them, be dressed in white.(L) I will never blot out the name of that person from the book of life,(M) but will acknowledge that name before my Father(N) and his angels. 6 Whoever has ears, let them hear(O) what the Spirit says to the churches.

To the Church in Philadelphia

7 “To the angel of the church in Philadelphia(P) write:

These are the words of him who is holy(Q) and true,(R) who holds the key of David.(S) What he opens no one can shut, and what he shuts no one can open. 8 I know your deeds.(T) See, I have placed before you an open door(U) that no one can shut. I know that you have little strength, yet you have kept my word and have not denied my name.(V) 9 I will make those who are of the synagogue of Satan,(W) who claim to be Jews though they are not,(X) but are liars—I will make them come and fall down at your feet(Y) and acknowledge that I have loved you.(Z) 10 Since you have kept my command to endure patiently, I will also keep you(AA) from the hour of trial that is going to come on the whole world(AB) to test(AC) the inhabitants of the earth.(AD)

11 I am coming soon.(AE) Hold on to what you have,(AF) so that no one will take your crown.(AG) 12 The one who is victorious(AH) I will make a pillar(AI) in the temple of my God. Never again will they leave it. I will write on them the name of my God(AJ) and the name of the city of my God,(AK) the new Jerusalem,(AL) which is coming down out of heaven from my God; and I will also write on them my new name. 13 Whoever has ears, let them hear(AM) what the Spirit says to the churches.

To the Church in Laodicea

14 “To the angel of the church in Laodicea(AN) write:

These are the words of the Amen, the faithful and true witness,(AO) the ruler of God’s creation.(AP) 15 I know your deeds,(AQ) that you are neither cold nor hot.(AR) I wish you were either one or the other! 16 So, because you are lukewarm—neither hot nor cold—I am about to spit you out of my mouth. 17 You say, ‘I am rich; I have acquired wealth and do not need a thing.’(AS) But you do not realize that you are wretched, pitiful, poor, blind and naked.(AT) 18 I counsel you to buy from me gold refined in the fire,(AU) so you can become rich; and white clothes(AV) to wear, so you can cover your shameful nakedness;(AW) and salve to put on your eyes, so you can see.

19 Those whom I love I rebuke and discipline.(AX) So be earnest and repent.(AY) 20 Here I am! I stand at the door(AZ) and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door,(BA) I will come in(BB) and eat with that person, and they with me.

21 To the one who is victorious,(BC) I will give the right to sit with me on my throne,(BD) just as I was victorious(BE) and sat down with my Father on his throne. 22 Whoever has ears, let them hear(BF) what the Spirit says to the churches.”
