15 “This is to be the boundary of the land:(A)

“On the north side it will run from the Mediterranean Sea(B) by the Hethlon road(C) past Lebo Hamath to Zedad, 16 Berothah[a](D) and Sibraim (which lies on the border between Damascus and Hamath),(E) as far as Hazer Hattikon, which is on the border of Hauran. 17 The boundary will extend from the sea to Hazar Enan,[b] along the northern border of Damascus, with the border of Hamath to the north. This will be the northern boundary.(F)

40 The seventh lot came out for the tribe of Dan according to its clans. 41 The territory of their inheritance included:

Zorah, Eshtaol,(A) Ir Shemesh, 42 Shaalabbin, Aijalon,(B) Ithlah, 43 Elon, Timnah,(C) Ekron,(D) 44 Eltekeh, Gibbethon,(E) Baalath,(F) 45 Jehud, Bene Berak, Gath Rimmon,(G) 46 Me Jarkon and Rakkon, with the area facing Joppa.(H)

47 (When the territory of the Danites was lost to them,(I) they went up and attacked Leshem(J), took it, put it to the sword and occupied it. They settled in Leshem and named(K) it Dan after their ancestor.)(L)

The Israelites Oppressed
