Judgment on Gog

¹⁸ “And it will come to pass at the same time, when Gog comes against the land of Israel,” says the Lord God, “that My fury will show in My face.

²⁹ For ^(A)our God is a consuming fire.

God’s Wrath on His Enemies

⁵ therefore thus says the Lord God: ^(A)“Surely I have spoken in My burning jealousy against the rest of the nations and against all Edom, ^(B)who gave My land to themselves as a possession, with wholehearted joy and ^[a]spiteful minds, in order to plunder its open country.” ’

⁶ “Therefore prophesy concerning the land of Israel, and say to the mountains, the hills, the rivers, and the valleys, ‘Thus says the Lord God: “Behold, I have spoken in My jealousy and My fury, because you have ^(C)borne the shame of the nations.”
