²³ They shall never again defile themselves with their idols and their detestable things or with any of their transgressions. I will save them from all the apostasies into which they have fallen^[a] and will cleanse them. Then they shall be my people, and I will be their God.^(A)

²⁸ Then you shall live in the land that I gave to your ancestors, and you shall be my people, and I will be your God.^{(A) 29} I will save you from all your uncleannesses, and I will summon the grain and make it abundant and lay no famine upon you.^(B)

⁷ Those who conquer will inherit these things, and I will be their God, and they will be my children.

³ And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying,

⁹ If we confess our sins, he who is faithful and just will forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness.^(A)

⁷ but if we walk in the light as he himself is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus his Son cleanses us from all sin.^(A)

²⁶ in order to make her holy by cleansing her with the washing of water by the word, ²⁷ so as to present the church to himself in splendor, without a spot or wrinkle or anything of the kind, so that she may be holy and without blemish.^(A)

13 On that day a fountain shall be opened for the house of David and the inhabitants of Jerusalem, to cleanse them from sin and impurity.^(A)

Idolatry Cut Off

² On that day, says the Lord of hosts, I will cut off the names of the idols from the land, so that they shall be remembered no more, and also I will remove from the land the prophets and the unclean spirit.^(B)
