The Tabernacle
26 Moreover you shall make the tabernacle with ten curtains of fine twisted linen, and blue, purple, and crimson yarns; you shall make them with cherubim skillfully worked into them. 2 The length of each curtain shall be twenty-eight cubits, and the width of each curtain four cubits; all the curtains shall be of the same size. 3 Five curtains shall be joined to one another; and the other five curtains shall be joined to one another. 4 You shall make loops of blue on the edge of the outermost curtain in the first set; and likewise you shall make loops on the edge of the outermost curtain in the second set. 5 You shall make fifty loops on the one curtain, and you shall make fifty loops on the edge of the curtain that is in the second set; the loops shall be opposite one another. 6 You shall make fifty clasps of gold, and join the curtains to one another with the clasps, so that the tabernacle may be one whole.
7 You shall also make curtains of goats’ hair for a tent over the tabernacle; you shall make eleven curtains. 8 The length of each curtain shall be thirty cubits, and the width of each curtain four cubits; the eleven curtains shall be of the same size. 9 You shall join five curtains by themselves, and six curtains by themselves, and the sixth curtain you shall double over at the front of the tent. 10 You shall make fifty loops on the edge of the curtain that is outermost in one set, and fifty loops on the edge of the curtain that is outermost in the second set.
11 You shall make fifty clasps of bronze, and put the clasps into the loops, and join the tent together, so that it may be one whole. 12 The part that remains of the curtains of the tent, the half curtain that remains, shall hang over the back of the tabernacle. 13 The cubit on the one side, and the cubit on the other side, of what remains in the length of the curtains of the tent, shall hang over the sides of the tabernacle, on this side and that side, to cover it. 14 You shall make for the tent a covering of tanned rams’ skins and an outer covering of fine leather.[a]
The Framework
15 You shall make upright frames of acacia wood for the tabernacle. 16 Ten cubits shall be the length of a frame, and a cubit and a half the width of each frame. 17 There shall be two pegs in each frame to fit the frames together; you shall make these for all the frames of the tabernacle. 18 You shall make the frames for the tabernacle: twenty frames for the south side; 19 and you shall make forty bases of silver under the twenty frames, two bases under the first frame for its two pegs, and two bases under the next frame for its two pegs; 20 and for the second side of the tabernacle, on the north side twenty frames, 21 and their forty bases of silver, two bases under the first frame, and two bases under the next frame; 22 and for the rear of the tabernacle westward you shall make six frames. 23 You shall make two frames for corners of the tabernacle in the rear; 24 they shall be separate beneath, but joined at the top, at the first ring; it shall be the same with both of them; they shall form the two corners. 25 And so there shall be eight frames, with their bases of silver, sixteen bases; two bases under the first frame, and two bases under the next frame.
26 You shall make bars of acacia wood, five for the frames of the one side of the tabernacle, 27 and five bars for the frames of the other side of the tabernacle, and five bars for the frames of the side of the tabernacle at the rear westward. 28 The middle bar, halfway up the frames, shall pass through from end to end. 29 You shall overlay the frames with gold, and shall make their rings of gold to hold the bars; and you shall overlay the bars with gold. 30 Then you shall erect the tabernacle according to the plan for it that you were shown on the mountain.
The Curtain
31 You shall make a curtain of blue, purple, and crimson yarns, and of fine twisted linen; it shall be made with cherubim skillfully worked into it. 32 You shall hang it on four pillars of acacia overlaid with gold, which have hooks of gold and rest on four bases of silver. 33 You shall hang the curtain under the clasps, and bring the ark of the covenant[b] in there, within the curtain; and the curtain shall separate for you the holy place from the most holy. 34 You shall put the mercy seat[c] on the ark of the covenant[d] in the most holy place. 35 You shall set the table outside the curtain, and the lampstand on the south side of the tabernacle opposite the table; and you shall put the table on the north side.
36 You shall make a screen for the entrance of the tent, of blue, purple, and crimson yarns, and of fine twisted linen, embroidered with needlework. 37 You shall make for the screen five pillars of acacia, and overlay them with gold; their hooks shall be of gold, and you shall cast five bases of bronze for them.

26 (A)«Farai poi il tabernacolo con dieci teli di lino fino ritorto, di filo color violaceo, porporino e scarlatto, con dei cherubini artisticamente lavorati. 2 La lunghezza di ogni telo sarà di ventotto cubiti, e la larghezza di ogni telo di quattro cubiti; tutti i teli saranno della stessa misura. 3 Cinque teli saranno uniti insieme e gli altri cinque teli saranno pure uniti insieme. 4 Farai dei lacci di color violaceo all’orlo del telo che è all’estremità della prima serie; e lo stesso farai all’orlo del telo che è all’estremità della seconda serie. 5 Metterai cinquanta lacci al primo telo, e metterai cinquanta lacci all’orlo del telo che è all’estremità della seconda serie di teli: i lacci si corrisponderanno l’uno all’altro. 6 Farai cinquanta fermagli d’oro, e unirai i teli l’uno all’altro mediante i fermagli, perché il tabernacolo formi un tutto unico.
7 Farai pure dei teli di pelo di capra che serviranno da tenda per coprire il tabernacolo: di questi teli ne farai undici. 8 La lunghezza di ogni telo sarà di trenta cubiti e la larghezza di ogni telo di quattro cubiti; gli undici teli avranno la stessa misura. 9 Unirai insieme cinque di questi teli da una parte e sei teli dall’altra. Ripiegherai il sesto sulla parte anteriore della tenda. 10 Metterai cinquanta lacci all’orlo del telo che è all’estremità della prima serie, e cinquanta lacci all’orlo del telo che è all’estremità della seconda serie di teli. 11 Farai cinquanta fermagli di bronzo e farai entrare i fermagli nei lacci e unirai così la tenda, in modo che formi un tutto unico. 12 Quanto alla parte che avanza dei teli della tenda, la metà del telo di avanzo ricadrà sulla parte posteriore del tabernacolo. 13 Il cubito che avanza da una parte, come il cubito che avanza dall’altra parte nella lunghezza dei teli della tenda, ricadranno sui due lati del tabernacolo, di qua e di là, per coprirlo.
14 Farai pure per la tenda una coperta di pelli di montone tinte di rosso e sopra questa un’altra coperta di pelli di delfino.
Le assi e le loro basi
15 (B)«Farai per il tabernacolo delle assi di legno d’acacia, messe per diritto. 16 La lunghezza di un’asse sarà di dieci cubiti e la larghezza di un’asse di un cubito e mezzo. 17 Ogni asse avrà due incastri paralleli; farai così per tutte le assi del tabernacolo. 18 Farai dunque le assi per il tabernacolo: venti assi dal lato meridionale, verso il sud. 19 Metterai quaranta basi d’argento sotto le venti assi: due basi sotto ogni asse per i suoi due incastri. 20 Farai venti assi per il secondo lato del tabernacolo, dal lato nord, 21 e le loro quaranta basi d’argento: due basi sotto ogni asse. 22 Per la parte posteriore del tabernacolo, verso occidente, farai sei assi. 23 Farai pure due assi per gli angoli del tabernacolo, dalla parte posteriore. 24 Queste saranno doppie dal basso in su e al tempo stesso formeranno un tutto unico fino in cima, fino al primo anello. Così sarà per ambedue le assi che saranno ai due angoli. 25 Vi saranno dunque otto assi, con le loro basi d’argento: sedici basi, due basi sotto ogni asse. 26 Farai anche delle traverse di legno d’acacia: cinque per le assi di un lato del tabernacolo; 27 cinque traverse per le assi dell’altro lato del tabernacolo e cinque traverse per le assi della parte posteriore del tabernacolo, a occidente. 28 La traversa di mezzo, in mezzo alle assi, passerà da una parte all’altra. 29 Rivestirai d’oro le assi, farai d’oro i loro anelli per i quali passeranno le traverse e rivestirai d’oro le traverse. 30 Erigerai il tabernacolo secondo la forma esatta che ti è stata mostrata sul monte.
I due veli
31 (C)«Farai un velo di filo violaceo, porporino, scarlatto, e di lino fino ritorto con dei cherubini artisticamente lavorati 32 e lo sospenderai a quattro colonne d’acacia, rivestite d’oro, che avranno i chiodi d’oro e poseranno su basi d’argento. 33 Metterai il velo sotto i fermagli; e lì, di là dal velo, introdurrai l’arca della testimonianza; quel velo sarà per voi la separazione del luogo santo dal santissimo. 34 Metterai il propiziatorio sull’arca della testimonianza nel luogo santissimo. 35 Metterai la tavola fuori del velo e il candelabro di fronte alla tavola dal lato meridionale del tabernacolo; metterai la tavola dal lato di settentrione.
36 Farai pure per l’ingresso della tenda una portiera ricamata di filo violaceo, porporino, scarlatto e di lino fino ritorto. 37 Farai cinque colonne d’acacia per sospendervi la portiera; le rivestirai d’oro, avranno i chiodi d’oro e fonderai per esse cinque basi di bronzo.

Die Zeltbahnen für die Stiftshütte
26 Und die Wohnung sollst du aus zehn Zeltbahnen machen, aus gezwirntem Leinen und [Garnen von] blauem und rotem Purpur und Karmesin. Cherubim sollst du in kunstvoller Arbeit hineinwirken.
2 Die Länge einer Zeltbahn soll 28 Ellen sein und ihre Breite 4 Ellen; diese Zeltbahnen sollen alle ein Maß haben.
3 Fünf Zeltbahnen sollen [zu einem Ganzen] zusammengefügt sein, eine an der anderen, und wieder fünf Zeltbahnen, eine an der anderen.
4 Und fertige Schleifen aus blauem Purpur am Saum der einen Zeltbahn, bei der Verbindungsstelle, und ebenso sollst du es am Saum der äußersten Zeltbahn machen, bei der anderen Verbindungsstelle.
5 Du sollst 50 Schleifen am [Ende der] einen Zeltbahn machen und 50 Schleifen am äußersten Ende der anderen Zeltbahn, bei der anderen Verbindungsstelle; von diesen Schleifen soll je eine der anderen gegenüberstehen.
6 Und du sollst 50 goldene Klammern herstellen und mit ihnen die Zeltbahnen zusammenfügen, eine an die andere, damit die Wohnung ein Ganzes wird.
7 Du sollst auch Zeltbahnen aus Ziegenhaar machen, als Zeltdach über die Wohnung; elf solche Zeltbahnen sollst du herstellen.
8 Die Länge einer Zeltbahn soll 30 Ellen sein, die Breite aber 4 Ellen. Und alle elf Zeltbahnen sollen ein Maß haben.
9 Füge fünf solcher Zeltbahnen für sich aneinander und sechs Zeltbahnen auch für sich, und lege die sechste Zeltbahn doppelt, an der Vorderseite des Zeltes.
10 Und du sollst 50 Schleifen machen am Saum der einen, äußersten Zeltbahn, an der einen Verbindungsstelle, und 50 Schleifen am Saum der anderen Zeltbahn, an der zweiten Verbindungsstelle.
11 Und du sollst 50 eherne Klammern anfertigen und die Klammern in die Schleifen stecken und das Zelt zusammenfügen, damit es ein Ganzes wird.
12 Aber von dem Überhang, der an den Zeltbahnen des Zeltes überschüssig ist, soll eine halbe Zeltbahn an der Rückseite der Wohnung überhängen.
13 Von dem Überschuss an der Länge der Zeltbahn des Zeltes soll eine Elle auf dieser und eine Elle auf der anderen Seite überhängen, auf beiden Seiten der Wohnung, um sie auf beiden Seiten zu bedecken.
14 Und fertige für das Zeltdach eine Decke aus rötlichen Widderfellen an und noch eine Decke aus Seekuhfellen oben darüber.
Die Bretter für die Wände der Stiftshütte
15 Und die Bretter der Wohnung sollst du aus Akazienholz machen, aufrecht stehend.
16 Die Länge eines Brettes soll 10 Ellen sein und die Breite eines Brettes anderthalb Ellen.
17 Zwei Zapfen soll ein Brett haben, einer dem anderen gegenüberstehend. So sollst du es bei allen Brettern der Wohnung machen.
18 Und du sollst für die Wohnung 20 Bretter machen auf der Seite nach Süden zu.
19 Und du sollst unter die 20 Bretter 40 silberne Füße machen, je zwei Füße unter ein Brett für seine beiden Zapfen; und wieder zwei Füße unter ein Brett für seine beiden Zapfen.
20 Ebenso auf der anderen Seite der Wohnung, nach Norden zu, auch 20 Bretter,
21 und ihre 40 silbernen Füße, je zwei Füße unter ein Brett.
22 Aber an der Rückseite der Wohnung, nach Westen zu, sollst du sechs Bretter machen.
23 Dazu sollst du zwei Bretter machen für die beiden Ecken an der Rückseite der Wohnung.
24 Die sollen doppelt sein von unten an und sich oben zusammenfügen mit einem Ring; so sollen beide sein; an beiden Ecken sollen sie stehen.
25 Und so sollen es acht Bretter sein mit ihren silbernen Füßen, 16 Füße, je zwei Füße unter einem Brett.
26 Und du sollst Riegel aus Akazienholz machen, fünf für die Bretter auf der einen Seite der Wohnung
27 und fünf Riegel für die Bretter auf der anderen Seite der Wohnung und fünf Riegel für die Bretter auf der Rückseite der Wohnung, nach Westen zu.
28 Und der mittlere Riegel soll mitten durch die Bretter hindurchgehen von einem Ende zum anderen.
29 Und du sollst die Bretter mit Gold überziehen und ihre Ringe aus Gold machen, die die Riegel aufnehmen sollen; auch die Riegel sollst du mit Gold überziehen.
30 So sollst du die Wohnung errichten nach der Weise[a], wie du es auf dem Berg gesehen hast.
Die Vorhänge der Stiftshütte
31 Du sollst auch einen Vorhang anfertigen aus blauem und rotem Purpur und Karmesin und aus gezwirntem Leinen, und sollst Cherubim in kunstvoller Arbeit hineinwirken.
32 Und hänge ihn an vier Säulen aus Akazienholz auf, die mit Gold überzogen sind und goldene Haken und vier silberne Füße haben.
33 Und hänge den Vorhang unter die Klammern. Und die Lade des Zeugnisses sollst du innerhalb des Vorhangs setzen; und der Vorhang soll für euch eine Scheidewand sein zwischen dem Heiligen und dem Allerheiligsten.
34 Und du sollst den Sühnedeckel auf die Lade des Zeugnisses in dem Allerheiligsten legen.
35 Den Tisch aber stelle außerhalb des Vorhanges auf und den Leuchter dem Tisch gegenüber an der Südseite der Wohnung, den Tisch aber stelle an die Nordseite.
36 Und du sollst einen Vorhang für den Eingang des Zeltes anfertigen aus blauem und rotem Purpur und Karmesin und aus gezwirntem Leinen in Buntwirkerarbeit.
37 Und mache für den Vorhang fünf Säulen aus Akazienholz, mit Gold überzogen, mit goldenen Haken, und gieße für sie fünf eherne Füße.

A szent hajlék sátorlapjai
26 A hajlékot tíz sátorlapból készíttesd: sodrott lenfonálból, kék és piros bíborból és karmazsin fonálból művészi módon beleszőtt kerúbokkal készíttesd azokat!
2 Egy-egy sátorlap hossza huszonnyolc könyök legyen, egy-egy sátorlap szélessége pedig négy könyök. Egyforma legyen a mérete mindegyik sátorlapnak.
3 Öt sátorlap legyen egymással összefűzve, a másik öt sátorlap is legyen egymással összefűzve.
4 Azután készíttess kék bíbor-hurkokat az egyik sátorlap szegélyén az összefűzésnél. Ugyanilyeneket készíttess a másik sátorlap szegélyén is, azon a végén, ahol összefűzik.
5 Készíttess ötven hurkot az egyik sátorlapon, és ötven hurkot készíttess annak a sátorlapnak a szegélyén is, amelyet hozzáfűznek. Egymással szemben legyenek a hurkok.
6 Készíttess ötven aranykapcsot is, és ezekkel a kapcsokkal fűzesd egymáshoz a sátorlapokat! Így lesz a hajlék egésszé.
7 Azután készíttess sátorlapokat kecskeszőrből, sátornak a hajlék fölé, tizenegy ilyen sátorlapot készíttess.
8 Egy sátorlap hossza harminc könyök legyen, a sátorlap szélessége pedig négy könyök legyen. Egyforma mérete legyen a tizenegy sátorlapnak.
9 Fűzess össze öt sátorlapot külön, és hat sátorlapot is külön. A hatodik sátorlap pedig lógjon le a sátor elején.
10 Készíttess ötven hurkot az egyik sátorlapnak arra a végére, ahol összefűzik, és ötven hurkot a másik sátorlapnak arra a szélére is, ahol összefűzik.
11 Készíttess ötven rézkapcsot, és akaszd a kapcsokat a hurkokba. Így fűzd össze a sátrat, hogy egész legyen!
12 A sátor lapjainak lelógó része, tehát a sátorlap lelógó részének a fele legyen a hajlék végein.
13 Egy könyöknyi innen, egy könyöknyi onnan lógjon le a sátor lapjainak a hosszából, vagyis hajoljon rá a hajlék oldalaira innen is, onnan is, és fedje be azt!
14 Készíttess még egy takarót a sátorra vörösre festett kosbőrből, és arra még egy takarót delfinbőrből.
A szent hajlék oldalai
15 Készíttess a hajlékhoz deszkákat is akácfából, felállítva.
16 A deszka hossza tíz könyök legyen, a deszka szélessége pedig másfél könyök.
17 Mindegyik deszkának két csapja legyen, amelyek összekötik egyiket a másikkal. Így készíttesd el a hajlék mindegyik deszkáját!
18 Készíttesd el a hajlék deszkáit: húsz deszkát a déli oldalra, dél felé.
19 Készíttess negyven ezüsttalpat a húsz deszka alá, két talpat mindegyik deszka alá, a két csapnak megfelelően. Minden egyes deszka alatt két talp legyen a két csapnak megfelelően.
20 A hajlék másik oldalára, az északi végére is tégy húsz deszkát.
21 Ezeknek is legyen negyven ezüsttalpa, két talp legyen az egyik deszka alatt és két talp legyen a másik deszka alatt is.
22 A hajlék nyugati végére is készíttess hat deszkát.
23 Készíttess két deszkát a hajlék sarkaira a két végén.
24 Párosával legyenek egymás mellett, aljától a tetejéig egy karikával összefogva. Így legyen mindkettőnél, mindkét saroknál így legyen.
25 Legyen tehát nyolc deszka ezüsttalpakkal, összesen tizenhat talppal. Két talp legyen az egyik deszka alatt és két talp legyen a másik deszka alatt is.
26 Készíttess reteszeket is akácfából: ötöt a hajlék egyik oldalának a deszkáihoz,
27 öt reteszt a hajlék másik oldalának a deszkáihoz, és öt reteszt a hajlék oldalának deszkáihoz a nyugati végén.
28 A reteszek középen legyenek a deszkák között, rögzítve azokat egyik végétől a másik végéig.
29 Vond be a deszkákat arannyal, és aranyból készíttesd a karikákat is a reteszek kengyeleiként. Vond be a reteszeket is arannyal.
30 Állítsd fel a hajlékot pontosan úgy, ahogyan megmutattam neked a hegyen!
A kárpit
31 Azután készíttess kárpitot kék és piros bíborból, karmazsin fonálból és sodrott lenfonálból, művészi módon beleszőtt kerúbokkal készíttesd azokat!
32 Tedd ezt négy arannyal bevont akácfa oszlopra, amelyeknek aranykampóik legyenek, négy talpa pedig ezüstből legyen!
33 Akaszd a kárpitot horgokra, vidd be a bizonyság ládáját a kárpit mögé, és a kárpit válassza el a szentélyt a szentek szentjétől!
34 Azután tedd rá a fedelet a bizonyság ládájára a szentek szentjében!
35 Az asztalt helyezd el a kárpiton kívül, a lámpatartót pedig az asztallal szemben a hajlék déli oldalán. Az asztalt tedd az északi oldalra!
36 Készíttess függönyt a sátor bejáratára kék és piros bíborból, karmazsin fonálból és sodrott lenfonálból, művészi módon kihímezve.
37 Készíttess a függönyhöz öt akácfa oszlopot, és vond be azokat arannyal. Kampói aranyból legyenek, és öntess azokhoz öt réztalpat!
