6 And Moses took half of the blood, and put it in basins; and half of the blood he sprinkled on the altar. 7 And he took the book of the covenant, and read in the audience of the people: and they said, All that Jehovah hath spoken will we do, and be obedient. 8 And Moses took the blood, and sprinkled it on the people, and said, Behold the blood of the covenant, which Jehovah hath made with you [a]concerning all these words.

6 Moses(A) took half of the blood(B) and put it in bowls, and the other half he splashed(C) against the altar. 7 Then he took the Book of the Covenant(D) and read it to the people. They responded, “We will do everything the Lord has said; we will obey.”(E)
8 Moses then took the blood, sprinkled it on the people(F) and said, “This is the blood of the covenant(G) that the Lord has made with you in accordance with all these words.”
