The Priestly Garments

39 From the blue, purple and scarlet yarn^(A) they made woven garments for ministering in the sanctuary.^(B) They also made sacred garments^(C) for Aaron, as the Lord commanded Moses.

¹⁰ and also the woven garments^(A), both the sacred garments for Aaron the priest and the garments for his sons when they serve as priests,

²³ Everyone who had blue, purple or scarlet yarn^(A) or fine linen, or goat hair, ram skins dyed red or the other durable leather brought them.

¹⁹ the woven garments worn for ministering in the sanctuary—both the sacred garments^(A) for Aaron the priest and the garments for his sons when they serve as priests.”

²⁵ Nor did he enter heaven to offer himself again and again, the way the high priest enters the Most Holy Place^(A) every year with blood that is not his own.^(B)

¹² He did not enter by means of the blood of goats and calves;^(A) but he entered the Most Holy Place^(B) once for all^(C) by his own blood,^(D) thus obtaining^[a] eternal redemption.

¹² “This is the law of the temple: All the surrounding area^(A) on top of the mountain will be most holy.^(B) Such is the law of the temple.

¹⁴ Once the priests enter the holy precincts, they are not to go into the outer court until they leave behind the garments^(A) in which they minister, for these are holy. They are to put on other clothes before they go near the places that are for the people.^(B)”
