⁴¹ At the end of four hundred thirty years, on that very day, all the companies of the Lord went out from the land of Egypt.^(A)

⁷ He replied, “It is not for you to know the times or periods that the Father has set by his own authority.^(A)

⁸ Go to the festival yourselves. I am not^[a] going to this festival, for my time has not yet fully come.”

²⁴ “Seventy weeks are decreed for your people and your holy city: to finish the transgression, to put an end to sin, and to atone for iniquity, to bring in everlasting righteousness, to seal both vision and prophet, and to anoint a most holy place.^[a](A)

¹⁴ He replied, “Neither, but as commander of the army of the Lord I have now come.” And Joshua fell on his face to the earth and worshiped, and he said to him, “What do you command your servant, my lord?”^(A)

⁵¹ That very day the Lord brought the Israelites out of the land of Egypt, company by company.^(A)

¹⁷ You shall observe the Festival of Unleavened Bread, for on this very day I brought your companies out of the land of Egypt: you shall observe this day throughout your generations as a perpetual ordinance.^(A)

⁴ When Pharaoh does not listen to you, I will lay my hand upon Egypt and bring my people the Israelites, company by company, out of the land of Egypt by great acts of judgment.^(A)
