¹² For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against ^(A)principalities, against powers, against ^(B)the rulers of ^[a]the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.

¹³ He has delivered us from ^(A)the power of darkness ^(B)and ^[a]conveyed us into the kingdom of the Son of His love,

⁴ whose minds ^(A)the god of this age ^(B)has blinded, who do not believe, lest ^(C)the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, ^(D)who is the image of God, should shine on them.

^2 (A)in which you once walked according to the ^[a]course of this world, according to ^(B)the prince of the power of the air, the spirit who now works in ^(C)the sons of disobedience,

^15 (A)Having disarmed ^(B)principalities and powers, He made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them in it.

^18 (A)to open their eyes, in order ^(B)to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God, ^(C)that they may receive forgiveness of sins and ^(D)an inheritance among those who are ^(E)sanctified^[a] by faith in Me.’

^21 (A)far above all ^(B)principality^[a] and ^[b]power and ^[c]might and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in that which is to come.

²⁵ And everyone who competes for the prize ^[a]is temperate in all things. Now they do it to obtain a perishable crown, but we for ^(A)an imperishable crown. ²⁶ Therefore I run thus: ^(B)not with uncertainty. Thus I fight: not as one who beats the air. ^27 (C)But I discipline my body and ^(D)bring it into subjection, lest, when I have preached to others, I myself should become ^(E)disqualified.

³⁸ For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor ^(A)principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come,
