The Whole Armor of God

¹⁰ Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his power;

¹³ I can do all things through him who strengthens me.^(A)

⁹ I hereby command you: Be strong and courageous; do not be frightened or dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”^(A)

Final Messages and Greetings

¹³ Keep alert; stand firm in the faith; be courageous; be strong.^(A)

¹⁹ and what is the immeasurable greatness of his power for us who believe, according to the working of his great power.

¹⁰ And after you have suffered for a little while, the God of all grace, who has called you to his eternal glory in Christ,^[a] will himself restore, support, strengthen, and establish you.^(A)

³ and shall say to them, ‘Hear, O Israel! Today you are drawing near to do battle against your enemies. Do not lose heart or be afraid or panic or be in dread of them,^{(A) 4} for it is the Lord your God who goes with you, to fight for you against your enemies, to give you victory.’^(B)

¹⁶ I pray that, according to the riches of his glory, he may grant that you may be strengthened in your inner being with power through his Spirit^(A)

⁹ but he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for power^[a] is made perfect in weakness.” So I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may dwell in me.^{(A) 10} Therefore I am content with weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions, and calamities for the sake of Christ, for whenever I am weak, then I am strong.^(B)
