Christ Our Peace

¹⁴ For He Himself is our peace, who has made both one, and has broken down the middle wall of separation,

^28 (A)There is neither Jew nor Greek, ^(B)there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female; for you are all ^(C)one in Christ Jesus.

¹¹ where there is neither ^(A)Greek nor Jew, circumcised nor uncircumcised, barbarian, Scythian, slave nor free, ^(B)but Christ is all and in all.

¹⁵ having abolished in His flesh the enmity, that is, the law of commandments contained in ordinances, so as to create in Himself one ^(A)new man from the two, thus making peace,

¹⁵ And let ^(A)the peace of God rule in your hearts, ^(B)to which also you were called ^(C)in one body; and ^(D)be thankful.

¹⁰ and you are complete in Him, who is the ^(A)head of all ^[a]principality and power.

Not Legalism but Christ

¹¹ In Him you were also ^(B)circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, by ^(C)putting off the body ^[b]of the sins of the flesh, by the circumcision of Christ, ^12 (D)buried with Him in baptism, in which you also were raised with Him through ^(E)faith in the working of God, ^(F)who raised Him from the dead. ¹³ And you, being dead in your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh, He has made alive together with Him, having forgiven you all trespasses, ^14 (G)having wiped out the ^[c]handwriting of requirements that was against us, which was contrary to us. And He has taken it out of the way, having nailed it to the cross.

²⁰ and ^(A)by Him to reconcile ^(B)all things to Himself, by Him, whether things on earth or things in heaven, ^(C)having made peace through the blood of His cross.

Benediction, Final Exhortation, Farewell

²⁰ Now may ^(A)the God of peace ^(B)who brought up our Lord Jesus from the dead, ^(C)that great Shepherd of the sheep, ^(D)through the blood of the everlasting covenant,

^20 [a]Therefore, if you ^(A)died with Christ from the basic principles of the world, ^(B)why, as though living in the world, do you subject yourselves to regulations—
