Deuteronomy 33:5-7 American Standard Version (ASV)

And [a]he was king in Jeshurun,
When the heads of the people were gathered,
All the tribes of Israel together.
Let Reuben live, and not die;
[b]Nor let his men be few.

And this is the blessing of Judah: and he said,

Hear, Jehovah, the voice of Judah,
And bring him in unto his people.
[c]With his hands he contended [d]for himself;
And thou shalt be a help against his adversaries.

Deuteronomy 33:5-7 New International Version (NIV)

He was king over Jeshurun[a]
    when the leaders of the people assembled,
    along with the tribes of Israel.

“Let Reuben live and not die,
    nor[b] his people be few.”

And this he said about Judah:

“Hear, Lord, the cry of Judah;
    bring him to his people.
With his own hands he defends his cause.
    Oh, be his help against his foes!”
