¹⁸ And you ^(A)shall do what is right and good in the sight of the Lord, that it may be well with you, and that you may go in and possess the good land of which the Lord swore to your fathers,

^40 (A)You shall therefore keep His statutes and His commandments which I command you today, that ^[a]it may go well with you and with your children after you, and that you may ^[b]prolong your days in the land which the Lord your God is giving you for all time.”

²⁵ You shall not eat it, ^(A)that it may go well with you and your children after you, ^(B)when you do what is right in the sight of the Lord.

^29 (A)Oh, that they had such a heart in them that they would fear Me and ^(B)always keep all My commandments, ^(C)that it might be well with them and with their children forever!

² And ^(A)do not be conformed to this world, but ^(B)be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may ^(C)prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.

²⁹ And ^(A)He who sent Me is with Me. ^(B)The Father has not left Me alone, ^(C)for I always do those things that please Him.”

¹⁹ But when the wicked turns from his wickedness and does what is lawful and right, he shall live because of it.

^16 (A)None of his sins which he has committed shall be remembered against him; he has done what is lawful and right; he shall surely live.

¹⁴ Again, ^(A)when I say to the wicked, ‘You shall surely die,’ if he turns from his sin and does ^[a]what is lawful and ^[b]right,
