¹³ So if you faithfully obey^(A) the commands I am giving you today—to love^(B) the Lord your God and to serve him with all your heart and with all your soul^(C)—

Fear the Lord

¹² And now, Israel, what does the Lord your God ask of you^(A) but to fear^(B) the Lord your God, to walk^(C) in obedience to him, to love him,^(D) to serve the Lord^(E) your God with all your heart^(F) and with all your soul,^(G)

⁸ Observe therefore all the commands^(A) I am giving you today, so that you may have the strength to go in and take over the land that you are crossing the Jordan to possess,^(B)

¹⁷ Be sure to keep^(A) the commands of the Lord your God and the stipulations and decrees he has given you.^(B)

²⁹ But if from there you seek^(A) the Lord your God, you will find him if you seek him with all your heart^(B) and with all your soul.^(C)

⁵ Love^(A) the Lord your God with all your heart^(B) and with all your soul and with all your strength.^{(C) 6} These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts.^(D)

²² If you carefully observe^(A) all these commands I am giving you to follow—to love^(B) the Lord your God, to walk in obedience to him and to hold fast^(C) to him—
