27 And the (A)satraps, the prefects, the governors, and (B)the king's counselors gathered together and saw that (C)the fire had not had any power over the bodies of those men. The hair of their heads was not singed, their (D)cloaks were not harmed, and no smell of fire had come upon them.

27 and the satraps, prefects, governors and royal advisers(A) crowded around them.(B) They saw that the fire(C) had not harmed their bodies, nor was a hair of their heads singed; their robes were not scorched, and there was no smell of fire on them.
