³ But Peter said, “Ananias, why has ^(A)Satan filled your heart to lie ^(B)to the Holy Spirit and to ^(C)keep back some of the ^[a]proceeds of the land? ⁴ While it remained unsold, did it not remain your own? And after it was sold, was it not ^[b]under your control? Why is it that you have ^[c]conceived this deed in your heart? You have not lied to men, but ^(D)to God.”

⁹ However, you are not ^(A)in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God ^(B)dwells in you. But ^(C)if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he does not belong to Him.

¹⁴ For all who are ^(A)being led by the Spirit of God, these are ^(B)sons and daughters of God.

^10 [a](A)For to us God revealed them ^(B)through the Spirit; for the Spirit searches all things, even the ^(C)depths of God. ¹¹ For who among people knows the thoughts of a person except the ^(D)spirit of the person that is in him? So also the thoughts of God no one knows, except the Spirit of God. ¹² Now we ^(E)have not received the spirit of ^(F)the world, but the Spirit who is from God, so that we may know the things freely given to us by God. ¹³ We also speak these things, ^(G)not in words taught by human wisdom, but in those taught by the Spirit, ^[b]combining spiritual thoughts with spiritual words.

¹⁴ But ^[c]a ^(H)natural person ^(I)does not accept the things of the Spirit of God, for they are ^(J)foolishness to him; and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually discerned.

^16 (A)Do you not know that ^(B)you are a ^[a]temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you?
