¹⁷ And this became known to all the residents of Ephesus, both Jews and Greeks. And fear fell upon them all, and ^(A)the name of the Lord Jesus was extolled. ¹⁸ Also many of those who were now believers came, ^(B)confessing and divulging their practices.

¹¹ We have spoken freely to you,^[a] Corinthians; ^(A)our heart is wide open. ¹² You are not restricted by us, but ^(B)you are restricted in your own affections. ^13 (C)In return (I speak ^(D)as to children) widen your hearts also.

¹⁶ Therefore, ^(A)confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, ^(B)that you may be healed. ^(C)The prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working.^[a]
