¹⁷ She followed Paul and us and cried out repeatedly, saying, “These men are bond-servants of ^(A)the Most High God, who are proclaiming to you a way of salvation.”

¹⁶ For I am not ^(A)ashamed of the gospel, for ^(B)it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the ^(C)Jew first and also to ^(D)the Greek.

¹³ In ^[a]Him, ^[b]you also, after listening to ^(A)the message of truth, the gospel of your salvation—having also ^[c]believed, you were ^(B)sealed in ^[d]Him with ^(C)the Holy Spirit of the promise,

¹⁷ And take ^(A)the helmet of salvation and the ^(B)sword of the Spirit, which is ^(C)the word of God.

¹² So then, my beloved, ^(A)just as you have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own ^(B)salvation with ^(C)fear and trembling;

^12 (A)Fight the good fight of ^(B)faith; ^(C)take hold of the eternal life ^(D)to which you were called, and for which you made the good ^(E)confession in the presence of ^(F)many witnesses.
