²⁴ Now a Jew named ^(A)Apollos, an ^(B)Alexandrian by birth, ^[a]an eloquent man, came to ^(C)Ephesus; and he was proficient in the Scriptures.

¹² Now I mean this, that ^(A)each one of you is saying, “I am ^[a]with Paul,” ^[b]or “I am ^[c]with ^(B)Apollos,” ^[d]or “I am ^[e]with ^[f](C)Cephas,” ^[g]or “I am ^[h]with Christ.”

⁵ What then is Apollos? And what is Paul? ^(A)Servants through whom you believed, even ^(B)as the Lord gave opportunity to each one. ^6 (C)I planted, ^(D)Apollos watered, but ^(E)God was causing the growth.

^22 (A)whether Paul or Apollos or ^[a]Cephas, or the world or ^(B)life or death, or things present or things to come; all things belong to you,

⁶ Now these things, brothers and sisters, I have figuratively applied to myself and Apollos on your account, so that in us you may learn not to exceed ^(A)what is written, so that no one of you will ^(B)become ^[a]arrogant ^(C)in behalf of one against the other.

¹² Now concerning our brother ^(A)Apollos, I strongly encouraged him to come to you with the brothers; and it was not at all his desire to come now, but he will come when he has the opportunity.

¹³ Diligently help Zenas the ^(A)lawyer and ^(B)Apollos on their way so that nothing is lacking for them.
