Jehoram Reigns in Judah^(A)

21 And ^(B)Jehoshaphat ^[a]rested with his fathers, and was buried with his fathers in the City of David. Then Jehoram his son reigned in his place.

²⁰ He was thirty-two years old when he became king. He reigned in Jerusalem eight years and, to no one’s sorrow, departed. However they buried him in the City of David, but not in the tombs of the kings.

¹⁶ So Rehoboam ^[a]rested with his fathers, and was buried in the City of David. Then ^(A)Abijah^[b] his son reigned in his place.

³¹ Then Solomon ^[a]rested with his fathers, and was buried in the City of David his father. And Rehoboam his son reigned in his place.

Jehoram Reigns in Judah^(A)

¹⁶ Now ^(B)in the fifth year of Joram the son of Ahab, king of Israel, Jehoshaphat having been king of Judah, ^(C)Jehoram the son of Jehoshaphat began to reign as ^[a]king of Judah. ¹⁷ He was ^(D)thirty-two years old when he became king, and he reigned eight years in Jerusalem.
