2 Thessalonians 2:3-4

³^(A)Let no one deceive you in any way. For that day will not come, ^(B)unless the rebellion comes first, and ^(C)the man of lawlessness^[a] is revealed, ^(D)the son of destruction,^[b] ⁴who opposes and exalts himself against every so-called god or object of worship, so that he takes his seat in the temple of God, ^(E)proclaiming himself to be God.

³Let no one deceive you by any means; for that Day will not come ^(A)unless the falling away comes first, and ^(B)the man of ^[a]sin is revealed, ^(C)the son of perdition, ⁴who opposes and ^(D)exalts himself ^(E)above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits ^[b]as God in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God.
