2 Kings 25:1-3 Complete Jewish Bible (CJB)

25 so in the ninth year of his reign, in the tenth month, on the tenth day of the month, N’vukhadnetzar king of Bavel marched against Yerushalayim with his entire army. He set up camp against it and built siege towers against it on every side. The city remained under siege into the eleventh year of King Tzidkiyahu.

On the ninth day of the [fourth] month, when the famine in the city was so severe that there was no food for the people of the land,

25 So in the ninth year of Zedekiah’s reign, on the tenth day of the tenth month, Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon marched against Jerusalem with his whole army. He encamped outside the city and built siege works all around it. The city was kept under siege until the eleventh year of King Zedekiah.

By the ninth day of the fourth[a] month the famine in the city had become so severe that there was no food for the people to eat.
