⁴⁶The power^(A) of the Lord came on Elijah and, tucking his cloak into his belt,^(B) he ran ahead of Ahab all the way to Jezreel.

⁴⁶And the hand of the Lord was on Elijah; and he girded up his loins, and ran before Ahab to the entrance of Jezreel.

¹⁵But now bring me a harpist.”^(A)

While the harpist was playing, the hand^(B) of the Lord came on Elisha

¹⁵But now bring me a minstrel. And it came to pass, when the minstrel played, that the hand of the Lord came upon him.

²¹The Lord’s hand was with them,^(A) and a great number of people believed and turned to the Lord.^(B)

²¹And the hand of the Lord was with them: and a great number believed, and turned unto the Lord.
