Albanian Bible
18 Mbas këtyre ngjarjeve, Davidi mundi Filistejtë dhe i poshtëroi, duke u hequr nga dora Gathin dhe fshatrat përreth tij.
2 Ai mundi gjithashtu Moabitët; dhe Moabitët u bënë nënshtetas dhe haraçpagues të Davidit.
3 Davidi mundi përveç tyre Hadarezerin, mbretin e Tsobahut, deri në Hamath, ndërsa ai shkonte për të vendosur sundimin e tij gjatë lumit Eufrat.
4 Davidi i mori një mijë qerre, i kapi shtatë mijë kalorës dhe njëzet mijë këmbësorë. Davidi preu gjithashtu kërcinjtë e tërë kuajve, por kurseu mjaft për njëqind qerre.
5 Kur Sirët e Damaskut erdhën për të ndihmuar Hadarezerin, mbretin e Tsobahut, Davidi vrau njëzet e dy mijë Sirë.
6 Pastaj Davidi vendosi garnizone në Sirinë e Damaskut, dhe Sirët u bënë nënshtetas dhe haraçpagues të Davidit; dhe Zoti e përkrahte Davidin kudo që ai shkonte.
7 Davidi mori mburojat e arta që shërbëtorët e Hadarezerit kishin me vete dhe i çoi në Jeruzalem.
8 Davidi mori edhe një sasi të madhe bronzi në Tibhath dhe në Kun, qytete të Hadarezerit. Me të Salomoni ndërtoi detin prej bronzi, shtyllat dhe veglat prej bronzi.
9 Kur Tou, mbret i Hamathit, mësoi që Davidi kishte mundur tërë ushtrinë e Hadarezerit, mbretit të Tsobahut,
10 i dërgoi mbretit David Hadoramin, birin e tij, për ta përshëndetur dhe për ta bekuar, sepse kishte luftuar kundër Hadarezerit dhe e kishte mundur (Hadarezeri ishte gjithnjë në luftë me Toun); dhe Hadorami pruri me vete lloj-lloj enësh ari, argjendi dhe bronzi.
11 Mbreti David ia shenjtëroi edhe këto Zotit, ashtu si kishte bërë me argjendin dhe me arin që u kishte marrë tërë kombeve, domethënë Edomitëve, Moabitëve, Amonitëve, Filistejve dhe Amalekitëve.
12 Përveç kësaj Abishai, bir i Tserujahut, mundi tetëmbëdhjetë mijë Edomitë në luginën e Kripës.
13 Vendosi garnizone edhe në Idumea dhe tërë Edomitët u bënë nënshtetas të Davidit; dhe Zoti e përkrahte Davidin kudo që shkonte.
14 Kështu Davidi mbretëroi mbi tërë Izraelin, duke shqiptuar gjykime dhe duke administruar drejtësinë tërë popullit të tij.
15 Joabi, bir i Tserujahut, ishte komandant i ushtrisë; Jozafati, bir i Ahikudit, ishte arkivist;
16 Tsadoku, bir i Ahitubit, dhe Abimeleku, bir i Abiatharit, ishin priftërinj; Shavsha ishte sekretar;
17 Benajahu, bir i Jehojadait, ishte kryetar i Kerethejve dhe i Pelethejve; bijtë e Davidit ishin të parët në krah të mbretit.

18 Después de esto, David derrotó a los filisteos, los sometió y les arrebató Gat y sus dominios. 2 También derrotó a Moab y quedó sometido a David como vasallo tributario. 3 Más tarde derrotó a Adadézer, rey de Sobá en Jamat, cuando iba a establecer su dominio en el río Éufrates. 4 David le capturó mil carros, siete mil soldados de caballería y veinte mil de infantería, y quebró las patas de todos los caballos de tiro, dejando sólo cien carros. 5 Los arameos de Damasco acudieron a socorrer a Adadézer, rey de Sobá, pero David mató a veinte mil de sus hombres. 6 Luego David puso gobernadores sobre los arameos de Damasco, que le quedaron sometidos como vasallos tributarios. Y el Señor hacía triunfar a David en todas sus campañas.
7 David se apoderó de los escudos de oro que llevaban los oficiales de Adadézer y los llevó a Jerusalén. 8 Y en Tébaj y Cun, ciudades de Adadézer, David se incautó de una gran cantidad de bronce, con el que Salomón fabricó el mar de bronce, las columnas y los utensilios de bronce.
9 Cuando Tou, el rey de Jamat se enteró de que David había derrotado a todo el ejército del rey de Sobá, Adadézer, 10 envió a su hijo Hadorán al rey David para saludarlo y felicitarlo por su victoria en la guerra contra Adadézer, pues este era enemigo de Tou. Hadorán llevaba toda clase de objetos de oro, plata y bronce. 11 El rey David consagró estos objetos al Señor, junto con la plata y el oro requisados a todas las naciones: Edom, Moab, los amonitas, los filisteos y Amalec.
12 Abisay, hijo de Seruyá, derrotó a dieciocho mil edomitas en el valle de la Sal. 13 Luego puso gobernadores en Edom, quedando los edomitas sometidos a David. Y el Señor hacía triunfar a David en todas sus campañas.

14 David reinó sobre todo Israel, administrando el derecho y la justicia para todo su pueblo. 15 Joab, hijo de Seruyá, era el jefe del ejército; Josafat, hijo de Ajilud, era el heraldo; 16 Sadoc, hijo de Ajitub, y Abimélec, hijo de Abiatar, eran los sacerdotes; Sausá era el secretario; 17 Banaías, hijo de Joyadá, era el jefe de los quereteos y peleteos; y los hijos de David eran los principales ayudantes del rey.

18 Now after this it came to pass, that David smote the Philistines, and subdued them, and took Gath and her towns out of the hand of the Philistines.
2 And he smote Moab; and the Moabites became David's servants, and brought gifts.
3 And David smote Hadarezer king of Zobah unto Hamath, as he went to stablish his dominion by the river Euphrates.
4 And David took from him a thousand chariots, and seven thousand horsemen, and twenty thousand footmen: David also houghed all the chariot horses, but reserved of them an hundred chariots.
5 And when the Syrians of Damascus came to help Hadarezer king of Zobah, David slew of the Syrians two and twenty thousand men.
6 Then David put garrisons in Syriadamascus; and the Syrians became David's servants, and brought gifts. Thus the Lord preserved David whithersoever he went.
7 And David took the shields of gold that were on the servants of Hadarezer, and brought them to Jerusalem.
8 Likewise from Tibhath, and from Chun, cities of Hadarezer, brought David very much brass, wherewith Solomon made the brasen sea, and the pillars, and the vessels of brass.
9 Now when Tou king of Hamath heard how David had smitten all the host of Hadarezer king of Zobah;
10 He sent Hadoram his son to king David, to enquire of his welfare, and to congratulate him, because he had fought against Hadarezer, and smitten him; (for Hadarezer had war with Tou;) and with him all manner of vessels of gold and silver and brass.
11 Them also king David dedicated unto the Lord, with the silver and the gold that he brought from all these nations; from Edom, and from Moab, and from the children of Ammon, and from the Philistines, and from Amalek.
12 Moreover Abishai the son of Zeruiah slew of the Edomites in the valley of salt eighteen thousand.
13 And he put garrisons in Edom; and all the Edomites became David's servants. Thus the Lord preserved David whithersoever he went.
14 So David reigned over all Israel, and executed judgment and justice among all his people.
15 And Joab the son of Zeruiah was over the host; and Jehoshaphat the son of Ahilud, recorder.
16 And Zadok the son of Ahitub, and Abimelech the son of Abiathar, were the priests; and Shavsha was scribe;
17 And Benaiah the son of Jehoiada was over the Cherethites and the Pelethites; and the sons of David were chief about the king.
