⁴ who desires ^(A)all people to be saved and ^(B)to come to ^(C)the knowledge of the truth.

^32 (A)For I have no pleasure in the death of anyone, declares the Lord God; ^(B)so turn, and live.”

^23 (A)Have I any pleasure in the death of the wicked, declares the Lord God, and not rather that he should turn from his way and live?

^9 (A)The Lord is not slow to fulfill his promise ^(B)as some count slowness, but ^(C)is patient toward you,^{[a] (D)}not wishing that any should perish, but ^(E)that all should reach repentance.

¹¹ For ^(A)the grace of God ^(B)has appeared, bringing salvation ^(C)for all people,

²⁵ correcting his opponents ^(A)with gentleness. God ^(B)may perhaps grant them repentance ^(C)leading to a knowledge of the truth,

¹¹ Say to them, ^(A)As I live, declares the Lord God, ^(B)I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but that the wicked turn from his way and live; ^(C)turn back, turn back from your evil ways, ^(D)for why will you die, O house of Israel?

¹⁵ that whoever believes ^(A)in him ^(B)may have eternal life.^[a]

For God So Loved the World

¹⁶ “For ^(C)God so loved ^(D)the world,^{[b] (E)}that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not ^(F)perish but have eternal life. ¹⁷ For ^(G)God did not send his Son into the world ^(H)to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him.

The Messages of the Three Angels

⁶ Then I saw another angel ^(A)flying directly overhead, with an eternal gospel to proclaim to ^(B)those who dwell on earth, to every nation and tribe and language and people.
