¹³ And may he so strengthen your hearts in holiness that you may be blameless before our God and Father at the coming of our Lord Jesus with all his saints.^[a](A)

²³ May the God of peace himself sanctify you entirely, and may your spirit and soul and body be kept sound^[a] and blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.^(A)

²² he has now reconciled^[a] in his fleshly body^[b] through death, so as to present you holy and blameless and irreproachable before him,^(A)

²⁷ so as to present the church to himself in splendor, without a spot or wrinkle or anything of the kind, so that she may be holy and without blemish.^(A)

¹⁴ It was also about these that Enoch, in the seventh generation from Adam, prophesied, saying, “See, the Lord is coming^[a] with ten thousands of his holy ones,^(A)

¹⁹ For what is our hope or joy or crown of boasting before our Lord Jesus at his coming? Is it not you?^(A)

⁷ so that you are not lacking in any gift as you wait for the revealing of our Lord Jesus Christ.^{(A) 8} He will also strengthen you to the end, so that you may be blameless on the day of our Lord Jesus Christ.

⁵ And you shall flee by the valley of the Lord’s mountain,^[a] for the valley between the mountains shall reach to Azal,^[b] and you shall flee as you fled from the earthquake in the days of King Uzziah of Judah. Then the Lord my God will come and all the holy ones with him.^(A)

Benediction

²⁴ Now to him who is able to keep you from falling and to make you stand without blemish in the presence of his glory with rejoicing,^(A)

¹⁵ For this we declare to you by the word of the Lord, that we who are alive, who are left until the coming of the Lord, will by no means precede those who have died.^[a]
