⁸ Now he who plants and he who waters are one, ^(A)and each one will receive his own reward according to his own labor.

⁶ who ^(A)“will render to each one according to his deeds”:

^36 (A)And he who reaps receives wages, and gathers fruit for eternal life, that ^(B)both he who sows and he who reaps may rejoice together. ³⁷ For in this the saying is true: ^(C)‘One sows and another reaps.’ ³⁸ I sent you to reap that for which you have not labored; ^(D)others have labored, and you have entered into their labors.”

²⁷ For ^(A)the Son of Man will come in the glory of His Father ^(B)with His angels, ^(C)and then He will reward each according to his works.

Jesus Testifies to the Churches

¹² “And behold, I am coming quickly, and ^(A)My reward is with Me, ^(B)to give to every one according to his work.

^8 (A)Look to yourselves, ^(B)that ^[a]we do not lose those things we worked for, but that we may receive a full reward.

^58 (A)Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing ^(B)that your labor is not in vain in the Lord.

⁷ Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for ^(A)whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. ⁸ For he who sows to his flesh will of the flesh reap corruption, but he who sows to the Spirit will of the Spirit reap ^(B)everlasting life.

⁴ and when ^(A)the Chief Shepherd appears, you will receive ^(B)the crown of glory that does not fade away.
