²⁴ But if all prophesy, and an unbeliever or outsider enters, he is convicted by all, he is called to account by all,

¹² For ^(A)the word of God is living and ^(B)active, ^(C)sharper than any ^(D)two-edged sword, piercing to the division of soul and of spirit, of joints and of marrow, and ^(E)discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart. ¹³ And ^(F)no creature is hidden from his sight, but all are ^(G)naked and exposed to the eyes of him to whom we must give account.

¹⁵ The ^(A)spiritual person judges all things, but is himself to be judged by no one.

³⁷ Now when ^(A)they heard this they were cut to the heart, and said to Peter and the rest of the apostles, “Brothers, ^(B)what shall we do?”

⁴⁷ Jesus saw Nathanael coming toward him and said of him, “Behold, ^(A)an Israelite indeed, ^(B)in whom there is no deceit!” ⁴⁸ Nathanael said to him, “How ^(C)do you know me?” Jesus answered him, “Before Philip called you, when you were under the fig tree, I saw you.” ⁴⁹ Nathanael answered him, ^(D)“Rabbi, ^(E)you are the Son of God! You are the ^(F)King of Israel!”

²⁹ “Come, see a man ^(A)who told me all that I ever did. Can this be the Christ?”
