1 Timothy 2:12-15

12 I permit no woman to teach or to have authority over men; she is to keep silent. 13 For Adam was formed first, then Eve; 14 and Adam was not deceived, but the woman was deceived and became a transgressor. 15 Yet woman will be saved through bearing children,[a] if she continues[b] in faith and love and holiness, with modesty.

12 I do not permit a woman to teach or to assume authority over a man;[a] she must be quiet.(A) 13 For Adam was formed first, then Eve.(B) 14 And Adam was not the one deceived; it was the woman who was deceived and became a sinner.(C) 15 But women[b] will be saved through childbearing—if they continue in faith, love(D) and holiness with propriety.
