8 And as for (A)this house, which is exalted, everyone who passes by it will be astonished and will hiss, and say, (B)‘Why has the Lord done thus to this land and to this house?’
8 This temple will become a heap of rubble. All[a] who pass by will be appalled(A) and will scoff and say, ‘Why has the Lord done such a thing to this land and to this temple?’(B)
23 Men shall clap their hands at him,And shall hiss him out of his place.
23 It claps its hands(A) in derision and hisses him out of his place.”(B)
16 To make their land (A)desolate and a perpetual (B)hissing;Everyone who passes by it will be astonishedAnd shake his head.
16 Their land will be an object of horror(A) and of lasting scorn;(B)all who pass by will be appalled(C) and will shake their heads.(D)

19 Your injury has no healing,(A)Your wound is severe.(B)All who hear news of youWill clap their hands over you,For upon whom has not your wickedness passed continually?
19 Nothing can heal you;(A) your wound is fatal.All who hear the news about you clap their hands(B) at your fall,for who has not felt your endless cruelty?(C)
