1 Corinthians 6:16-18
New Century Version
16 It is written in the Scriptures, “The two will become one body.”[a] So you should know that anyone who joins with a prostitute becomes one body with the prostitute. 17 But the one who joins with the Lord is one spirit with the Lord.
18 So run away from sexual sin. Every other sin people do is outside their bodies, but those who sin sexually sin against their own bodies.

16 Do you not know that he who unites himself with a prostitute is one with her in body? For it is said, “The two will become one flesh.”[a](A) 17 But whoever is united with the Lord is one with him in spirit.[b](B)
18 Flee from sexual immorality.(C) All other sins a person commits are outside the body, but whoever sins sexually, sins against their own body.(D)
