1 Corinthians 12:4-11New American Standard Bible (NASB)
4 Now there are varieties of gifts, but the same Spirit.5 And there are varieties of ministries, and the same Lord.6 There are varieties of effects, but the same God who works all things in all persons.7 But to each one is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the common good.8 For to one is given the word of wisdom through the Spirit, and to another the word of knowledge according to the same Spirit;9 to another faith [a]by the same Spirit, and to another gifts of [b]healing [c]by the one Spirit,10 and to another the [d]effecting of [e]miracles, and to another prophecy, and to another the [f]distinguishing of spirits, to another variouskinds of tongues, and to another the interpretation of tongues.11 But one and the same Spirit works all these things, distributing to each one individually just as He wills.
1 Corinthians 13:8-10New American Standard Bible (NASB)
8 Love never fails; but if there are gifts of[a]prophecy, they will be done away; if there aretongues, they will cease; if there is knowledge, it will be done away.9 For we know in part and we prophesy in part;10 but when the perfect comes, the partial will be done away.
Ephesians 4:7-12New American Standard Bible (NASB)
7 But to each one of us grace was given according to the measure of Christ’s gift.8 Therefore [a]it says,
“When He ascended on high, Heled captive a host of captives, And He gave gifts to men.”
9 (Now this expression, “He ascended,” what [b]does it mean except that He also [c]had descended into the lower parts of the earth?10 He who descended is Himself also He who ascended far above all the heavens, so that He might fill all things.)11 And He gave some as apostles, and some as prophets, and some asevangelists, and some as pastors and teachers,12 for the equipping of the [d]saints for the work of service, to the building up of the body of Christ;
2 For this reason we must pay much closer attention to [a]what we have heard, so that we do not drift away from it.2 For if the word spoken through angels proved [b]unalterable, and every transgression and disobedience received a just [c]penalty,3 how will we escape if we neglect so great a salvation? [d]After it was at the first spoken through the Lord, it was confirmed to us by those who heard,4 God also testifying with them, both by signs and wonders and by various [e]miracles and by [f]gifts of the Holy Spirit according to His own will.
