上帝的律法
119 行为正直、遵行耶和华律法的人有福了！
2 遵守祂的法度、全心寻求祂的人有福了！
3 他们不做不义的事，
只照祂的旨意而行。
4 耶和华啊，你已经赐下法则，
叫我们竭力遵行。
5 我渴望坚定地遵从你的律例。
6 我重视你的一切命令，
便不致羞愧。
7 我学习你公义的法令时，
要存着正直的心来称谢你。
8 我要遵守你的律例，
求你不要弃绝我。
9 青年如何保持纯洁呢？
就是要遵守你的话。
10 我全心全意地寻求你，
求你不要让我偏离你的命令。
11 我把你的话珍藏在心中，
免得我得罪你。
12 耶和华啊，你当受称颂！
求你将你的律例教导我。
13 我宣扬你口中所出的一切法令。
14 我喜爱你的法度如同人们喜爱财富。
15 我要默想你的法则，
思想你的旨意。
16 我以遵行你的律例为乐，
我不忘记你的话语。
17 求你以厚恩待我，

let the distant shores(C) rejoice.
2 Clouds(D) and thick darkness(E) surround him;
righteousness and justice are the foundation of his throne.(F)
3 Fire(G) goes before(H) him
and consumes(I) his foes on every side.
4 His lightning(J) lights up the world;
the earth(K) sees and trembles.(L)
5 The mountains melt(M) like wax(N) before the Lord,
before the Lord of all the earth.(O)
6 The heavens proclaim his righteousness,(P)
and all peoples see his glory.(Q)
7 All who worship images(R) are put to shame,(S)
those who boast in idols(T)—
worship him,(U) all you gods!(V)
8 Zion hears and rejoices
and the villages of Judah are glad(W)

1 Sing to the Lord(AL) a new song,(AM)
for he has done marvelous things;(AN)
his right hand(AO) and his holy arm(AP)
have worked salvation(AQ) for him.
2 The Lord has made his salvation known(AR)
and revealed his righteousness(AS) to the nations.(AT)
3 He has remembered(AU) his love
and his faithfulness to Israel;
all the ends of the earth(AV) have seen
the salvation of our God.(AW)
4 Shout for joy(AX) to the Lord, all the earth,
burst into jubilant song with music;
5 make music to the Lord with the harp,(AY)
with the harp and the sound of singing,(AZ)
6 with trumpets(BA) and the blast of the ram’s horn(BB)—
shout for joy(BC) before the Lord, the King.(BD)
7 Let the sea(BE) resound, and everything in it,
the world, and all who live in it.(BF)

for he comes to judge the earth.
He will judge the world in righteousness

Psalm 99

he sits enthroned(BL) between the cherubim,(BM)

A psalm. For giving grateful praise.
1 Shout for joy(CF) to the Lord, all the earth.
2 Worship the Lord(CG) with gladness;
come before him(CH) with joyful songs.
3 Know that the Lord is God.(CI)
It is he who made us,(CJ) and we are his[c];
we are his people,(CK) the sheep of his pasture.(CL)

1 I will sing of your love(CS) and justice;
to you, Lord, I will sing praise.
2 I will be careful to lead a blameless life(CT)—
when will you come to me?
I will conduct the affairs(CU) of my house
with a blameless heart.
3 I will not look with approval
on anything that is vile.(CV)
I hate what faithless people do;(CW)
I will have no part in it.
4 The perverse of heart(CX) shall be far from me;
I will have nothing to do with what is evil.
5 Whoever slanders their neighbor(CY) in secret,
I will put to silence;
whoever has haughty eyes(CZ) and a proud heart,
I will not tolerate.
6 My eyes will be on the faithful in the land,
that they may dwell with me;
the one whose walk is blameless(DA)
will minister to me.
7 No one who practices deceit
will dwell in my house;
no one who speaks falsely
will stand in my presence.
8 Every morning(DB) I will put to silence
all the wicked(DC) in the land;
I will cut off every evildoer(DD)

A prayer of an afflicted person who has grown weak and pours out a lament before the Lord.
1 Hear my prayer,(DF) Lord;
let my cry for help(DG) come to you.
2 Do not hide your face(DH) from me
when I am in distress.
Turn your ear(DI) to me;
when I call, answer me quickly.
3 For my days vanish like smoke;(DJ)
my bones(DK) burn like glowing embers.
4 My heart is blighted and withered like grass;(DL)
I forget to eat my food.(DM)
5 In my distress I groan aloud(DN)
and am reduced to skin and bones.
6 I am like a desert owl,(DO)
like an owl among the ruins.

“Do not take me away, my God, in the midst of my days;
your years go on(EU) through all generations.
25 In the beginning(EV) you laid the foundations of the earth,

26 They will perish,(EY) but you remain;
they will all wear out like a garment.
Like clothing you will change them
and they will be discarded.
