یوحناّ کا جنت کو دیکھنا
4 تب میں نے دیکھا کہ میرے سامنے جنت میں ایک دروا زہ کھلا ہوا ہے اور میں نے وہی آواز جو پہلے مجھ سے باتیں کرتی تھی سنی۔ آوا ز کسی بگل کی جیسی تھی۔ آوا زنے کہا، “اوپر یہاں آؤ میں تمہیں دکھا ؤں گا کہ اس کے بعد کیا ہوگا۔” 2 تب روح نے مجھ کو قابو میں کر لیا مجھے آسمان میں سا منے ایک تخت دکھا ئی دیا اس پر کو ئی بیٹھا ہوا تھا۔ 3 جو کو ئی اس پر بیٹھا تھا وہ سنگ یشب اور عقیق کی مانند تھا۔ تخت کے اطراف قوس قزح بھی تھی جو گہرے زمّرد کی جیسی ایک دھنک معلوم ہوتی ہے۔
4 تخت کے اطراف اور چوبیس دوسرے تخت بھی تھے اور چوبیس بز رگ ان چوبیس تختوں پر بیٹھے ہو ئے تھے وہ تمام سفید پو شاک میں تھے اور ان کے سروں پر سونے کے تاج تھے۔ 5 تخت سے بجلی جیسی گرجدار آوازیں اور بجلی کی چمک آرہی تھی۔ تخت کے سامنے سات چراغ جل رہے تھے۔ وہ چراغ خدا کی سات روحیں تھیں۔ 6 اس کے علاوہ تخت کے سامنے کانچ کا سمندر جو بلور کی مانند سفید شیشہ تھا۔
مزید برآں تخت کے سامنے اور اس کے ہرجا نب چار جاندار ہیں اور ان جانداروں پر آگے اورپیچھے آنکھیں ہی آنکھیں چھا ئی ہوئی ہیں۔ 7 پہلی جاندار شیر بّبر کی مانند اور دوسرا بیل بچھڑے کی مانند تیسرے کا چہرہ آدمی جیسا اور چوتھی شئے اڑتی ہو ئی عقاب کی مانندہے۔ 8 چاروں جانداروں میں ہر ایک کے چھ چھ پر ہیں اور ان کی ہر طرف آنکھیں ہی آنکھیں چھا ئی ہو ئی تھی رات دن وہ مسلسل کہتے ہیں:
“قدّوس،قدّوس، قدّوس ہے خداوند قادر مطلق ،
جو تھا، جو ہے اور جو آنے وا لا ہے۔”
9 جب وہ جاندار اس کی جو اس تخت پر بیٹھا ہے اور جو ہمیشہ سے ہے اور رہے گا، حمد و ستائش اور شکر گذاری کرتے ہیں۔ 10 تب وہ چوبیس بزرگ اس کے سامنے جو تخت پر بیٹھے ہیں اور جو ہمیشہ ہمیشہ رہے گا گر کر سجدہ کرتے ہیں۔ یہ بزرگ اپنے تاج اتار کر تخت کے سامنے رکھتے ہیں اور کہتے ہیں:
11 “اے خداوند ہما رے خدا ،
تو ہی قدرت وا لا ہے۔ تو ہی عزت اور جلال کے لا ئق ہے
کیوں کہ تو ہی ہے جس نے ساری چیزوں کو پیدا کیا
اور ہر چیز کی تخلیق اور ان کا وجود اب تک تیری ہی مر ضی سے ہے۔”

The Throne in Heaven
4 After this I looked, and there before me was a door standing open(A) in heaven. And the voice I had first heard speaking to me like a trumpet(B) said, “Come up here,(C) and I will show you what must take place after this.”(D) 2 At once I was in the Spirit,(E) and there before me was a throne in heaven(F) with someone sitting on it. 3 And the one who sat there had the appearance of jasper(G) and ruby.(H) A rainbow(I) that shone like an emerald(J) encircled the throne. 4 Surrounding the throne were twenty-four other thrones, and seated on them were twenty-four elders.(K) They were dressed in white(L) and had crowns of gold on their heads. 5 From the throne came flashes of lightning, rumblings and peals of thunder.(M) In front of the throne, seven lamps(N) were blazing. These are the seven spirits[a](O) of God. 6 Also in front of the throne there was what looked like a sea of glass,(P) clear as crystal.
In the center, around the throne, were four living creatures,(Q) and they were covered with eyes, in front and in back.(R) 7 The first living creature was like a lion, the second was like an ox, the third had a face like a man, the fourth was like a flying eagle.(S) 8 Each of the four living creatures(T) had six wings(U) and was covered with eyes all around,(V) even under its wings. Day and night(W) they never stop saying:
9 Whenever the living creatures give glory, honor and thanks to him who sits on the throne(Z) and who lives for ever and ever,(AA) 10 the twenty-four elders(AB) fall down before him(AC) who sits on the throne(AD) and worship him who lives for ever and ever. They lay their crowns before the throne and say:
