Isaiah 1:17

¹⁷Learn to do good;

Rebuke the oppressor,
^(B)Obtain justice for the orphan,
Plead for the widow’s case.

Take up the cause of the fatherless;^(D)
plead the case of the widow.^(E)

¹⁶He pled the cause of the ^(A)afflicted and the poor,
Then it was well.
^(B)Is that not what it means to know Me?”
Declares the Lord.
