Noah Webster's 1828 Dictionary Definition of Truth:
Conformity to fact or reality; exact accordance with that which is, or has been, or shall be. The truth of history constitutes its whole value. We rely on the truth of the scriptural prophecies.
The prophecy gives credibility that Jesus was the Messiah. God’s own Word states only the Lord can heal the blind. And He did. This is true in the physical sense that people could see. It is also true from a spiritual sense that people’s ‘eye of understanding’ was opened to the truth. The prayer that Paul prayed for the Ephesians is one we should all pray to come to know the loving heavenly Father better (Eph 1:16-23).

Jhn 9:30 The man answered, “Now that is remarkable! You don’t know where he comes from, yet he opened my eyes.
Jhn 9:32 Nobody has ever heard of opening the eyes of a man born blind.
Jhn 9:33 If this man were not from God, he could do nothing.”
