Galatians 4:20
Print
I desire to be present with you now and to change my tone; for I stand in doubt of you.
but I could wish to be present with you now, and to change my tone; for I am perplexed about you.
how I wish that I were with you now and could change my tone, because I am perplexed in regard to you.
Would that I were with you now and could coax you vocally, for I am fearful and perplexed about you!
I desire to be present with you now, and to change my voice; for I stand in doubt of you.
I would like to be with you right now and change my tone of voice, because I don’t know what to do about you.
But I wish I could be with you now and change how I sound, because I’m at a loss about you.
I wish I could be present with you now and change my tone of voice. I don’t know what to do with you.
I wish I were with you now. Then I would not have to talk this way. You really have me puzzled.
and I should wish to be present with you now, and change my voice, for I am perplexed as to you.
But I was [just now] wishing to be present with you now and to change my tone, because I am perplexed with you.
And I would willingly be present with you now, and change my voice: because I am ashamed for you.
I wish I could be with you now. Then maybe I could change the way I am talking to you. Now I don’t know what to do about you.
I want very much to be there with you now. Then I would know better how to speak to you. As it is, I do not know what to think about you.
I wish I were present with you now and could change my tone, because I am perplexed about you.
I wish I could be present with you now and change my tone, for I am perplexed about you.
I wish I could be present with you now and change my tone, for I am perplexed about you.
I wish I could be with you now and could change ·the way I am talking to you [or my tone of voice; L my voice], because I ·do not know what to think about [or don’t know how to help; or am perplexed/at wit’s end about] you.
And I would I were with you now, that I might change my voice: for I am in doubt of you.
I wish I were with you right now so that I could change the tone of my voice. I’m completely puzzled by what you’ve done!
How I wish I were with you now, so that I could take a different attitude toward you. I am so worried about you!
I would like to be with you right now and change my tone of voice, because I don’t know what to do about you.
I wish I could be with you now. Then maybe I could change the way I am talking to you. Now I do not know what to do about you.
Indeed, I wish I were with you right now so that I could change the tone of my voice, because I am completely baffled by you!
Oh, I know how keen these men are to win you over, but can’t you see that it is for their own ends? They would like to see you and me separated altogether, and have you all to themselves. Don’t think I’m jealous—it is a grand thing that men should be keen to win you, whether I’m there or not, provided it is for the truth. Oh, my dear children, I feel the pangs of childbirth all over again till Christ be formed within you, and how I long to be with you now! Perhaps I could then alter my tone to suit your mood. As it is, I honestly don’t know how to deal with you.
I desire to be present with you now and to change my voice, for I stand in doubt of you.
I desire to be present with you now, and to change my voice; for I stand in doubt of you.
I desire to be present with you now, and to change my voice; for I stand in doubt of you.
but I could wish to be present with you now and to change my tone, because I am perplexed about you.
But I could wish to be present with you now, and to change my tone because I am perplexed about you.
How I wish I could be there with you right now and not have to reason with you like this, for at this distance I frankly don’t know what to do.
It is a good thing to be passionate in doing good, but not just when I am in your presence. Can’t you continue the same concern for both my person and my message when I am away from you that you had when I was with you? Do you know how I feel right now, and will feel until Christ’s life becomes visible in your lives? Like a mother in the pain of childbirth. Oh, I keep wishing that I was with you. Then I wouldn’t be reduced to this blunt, letter-writing language out of sheer frustration.
I desire to be present with you now and to change my tone, for I am displeased with you.
I wish · I could be with you now and change · my tone, for I am perplexed about you.
I wish I were with you right now so that I could change the tone of my voice. I’m completely puzzled by what you’ve done!
I would like to be with you now and to change my tone, for I am perplexed because of you.
but I could wish to be present with you now and to change my tone of voice, for I am at a loss about you!
but I could wish to be present with you now and to change my tone, for I am perplexed about you.
I truly wish that I could be with you now and be able to alter my approach to you, because I do not know what to think about you.
I wish I could be with you now and could change the way I am talking to you, because I do not know what to think about you.
I wish I could be with you now and change my tone of voice, because I am perplexed about you.
I wish I could be with you now. I wish I could change my tone of voice. As it is, I don’t understand you.
how I wish I could be with you now and change my tone, because I am perplexed about you!
how I wish I could be with you now and change my tone, because I am perplexed about you!
I would like to be present with you now and to change my tone; for I have doubts about you.
I wish I could be with you now. I wish I could speak to you in a more gentle voice, but I am troubled about you.
I wish I were with you right now so I could change my tone. But at this distance I don’t know how else to help you.
I wish I were with you now, and could change my tone. For I am in doubt concerning you.
I wish I were present with you now and could change my tone, for I am perplexed about you.
I wish I were present with you now and could change my tone, for I am perplexed about you.
I wish I were present with you now and could change my tone, for I am perplexed about you.
I wish I were present with you now and could change my tone, for I am perplexed about you.
I wish I were there with you right now, and could change my tone of voice. I really am at a loss about you.
Would that I were present with you just now and could change my tone, because I am baffled by you.
And I would that I were with you now, so I might change my voice. For I am in doubt of you.
I could wish to be present with you now and to change my tone, for I am perplexed about you.
I could wish to be present with you now and to change my tone, for I am perplexed about you.
I wish I could be with you now and change my tone, for I don’t know what to make of you.
I wish I were there. This letter is really harsh, yet I am really perplexed by you.
but I could wish to be present with you now, and to change my tone, for I am perplexed about you.
I wish I could be with you now, and not have to talk this way. But I am troubled about you.
and I would now be at you, and change my voice, for I am confounded among you [for I am confounded, or shamed, in you].
and I was wishing to be present with you now, and to change my voice, because I am in doubt about you.
