Job 2:3

2:3 holds fast his integrity . . . without reason. The sudden change from the words of 1:6–8 at the end of 2:1–3 shows how the Adversary, who has lost the first round, is humiliated by God through a bit of irony. The same word Satan had used to accuse Job is used here, translated “without reason.” It is the Adversary who has done wrong, not Job.
