1:10 two men . . . in white robes. Persons described as dressed in white are commonly supernatural or glorified beings: Jesus Christ (Matt. 17:2; Mark 9:3; Rev. 1:14), angels (Matt. 28:3; Mark 16:5; Luke 24:4; John 20:12), and glorified saints (Luke 9:30, 31; Rev. 3:4, 5, 18; 4:4; 7:14).
