(A)Hear, My people, and I will admonish you;
Israel, if you (B)would listen to Me!
There shall be no (C)strange god among you;
Nor shall you worship a foreign god.
10 (D)I, the Lord, am your God,
Who brought you up from the land of Egypt;
(E)Open your mouth wide and I will (F)fill it.

11 “But My people (G)did not listen to My voice,
And Israel did not [a]obey Me.
12 So I (H)gave [b]them over to the stubbornness of their heart,
To walk by their own plans.
13 Oh that My people (I)would listen to Me,
That Israel would (J)walk in My ways!
14 I would quickly (K)subdue their enemies
And (L)turn My hand against their adversaries.
15 (M)Those who hate the Lord would (N)pretend to obey Him,
And their time of punishment would be forever.
16 [c]But I would feed you with the [d](O)finest of the wheat,
And with (P)honey from the rock I would satisfy you.”

“My people, I am warning you.
    Israel, listen to me!
Don’t worship any of the false gods
    that the foreigners worship.
10 I, the Lord, am your God.
    I brought you out of Egypt.
Israel, open your mouth,
    and I will feed you.

11 “But my people did not listen to me.
    Israel did not obey me.
12 So I let them go their own stubborn way
    and do whatever they wanted.
13 If my people would listen to me
    and would live the way I want,
14 then I would defeat their enemies.
    I would punish those who cause them trouble.
15 Those who hate the Lord would shake with fear.
    They would be punished forever.
16 I would give the best wheat to my people.
    I would give them the purest honey, until they were satisfied.”

Oye, pueblo Mío(A), y te amonestaré.
¡Oh Israel, si tú me oyeras(B)!
No haya en ti dios ajeno(C),
Ni adores a dios extranjero.
10 Yo, el Señor, soy tu Dios(D),
Que te saqué de la tierra de Egipto;
Abre bien tu boca(E) y la llenaré(F).

11 »Pero Mi pueblo no escuchó Mi voz(G);
Israel no me obedeció(H).
12 Por eso los entregué(I) a la dureza de su corazón,
Para que anduvieran en sus propias intrigas.
13 ¡Oh, si Mi pueblo me oyera(J),
