Numbers 12:15-13:3

¹⁵ So Miriam was confined outside the camp^(A) for seven days,^(B) and the people did not move on till she was brought back.

¹⁶ After that, the people left Hazeroth^(C) and encamped in the Desert of Paran.^(D)

Exploring Canaan

13 The Lord said to Moses, ² “Send some men to explore^(E) the land of Canaan,^(F) which I am giving to the Israelites.^(G) From each ancestral tribe^(H) send one of its leaders.”

³ So at the Lord’s command Moses sent them out from the Desert of Paran. All of them were leaders of the Israelites.^(I)
