¹² “Behold, ^(A)I am coming quickly, and My ^(B)reward is with Me, ^(C)to reward each one as his work ^[a]deserves. ¹³ I am the ^(D)Alpha and the Omega, ^(E)the first and the last, ^(F)the beginning and the end.”

1 ^(A)In the beginning was ^(B)the Word, and the Word was ^(C)with God, and ^(D)the Word was God. ^2 [a]He was in the beginning with God.

⁵⁸ Jesus said to them, “Truly, truly I say to you, before Abraham ^[a]was born, ^[b](A)I am.”

¹⁹ And ^(A)my God will supply ^[a]all your needs according to His ^(B)riches in glory in Christ Jesus.

^15 [a]He is the ^(A)image of the ^(B)invisible God, the ^(C)firstborn of all creation: ¹⁶ for ^[b](D)by Him all things were created, ^(E)both in the heavens and on earth, visible and invisible, whether ^(F)thrones, or dominions, or rulers, or authorities—^(G)all things have been created through Him and for Him. ¹⁷ He ^[c](H)is before all things, and in Him all things ^[d]hold together. ¹⁸ He is also the ^(I)head of ^(J)the body, the church; and He is ^(K)the beginning, ^(L)the firstborn from the dead, so that He Himself will come to have first place in everything. ¹⁹ For ^[e]it was ^(M)the Father’s good pleasure for all ^(N)the ^[f]fullness to dwell in Him,

⁸ But regarding the Son He says,

² looking only at Jesus, the ^[a](A)originator and perfecter of the faith, who for the joy set before Him ^(B)endured the cross, ^(C)despising the shame, and has ^(D)sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.

^8 (A)Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today, and forever.
