7 Let us rejoice and exult
and give him the glory,
for (A)the marriage of the Lamb has come,
and (B)his Bride has made herself ready;
8 (C)it was granted her to clothe herself
with fine linen, bright and pure”—
for the fine linen is (D)the righteous deeds of the saints.
9 And the angel said[a] to me, “Write this: (E)Blessed are those who are invited to the marriage supper of the Lamb.” And he said to me, (F)“These are the true words of God.”

For the wedding of the Lamb(B) has come,
and his bride(C) has made herself ready.
8 Fine linen,(D) bright and clean,
was given her to wear.”
(Fine linen stands for the righteous acts(E) of God’s holy people.)
9 Then the angel said to me,(F) “Write this:(G) Blessed are those who are invited to the wedding supper of the Lamb!”(H) And he added, “These are the true words of God.”(I)
