Consider her ways and be wise,

Overseer or ruler,

And gathers her food in the harvest.

⁵ He who gathers in ^(A)summer is a wise son;
He who sleeps in harvest is ^(B)a son who causes shame.

²¹ She is not afraid of snow for her household,
For all her household is clothed with scarlet.
